背景技术
    断路器引弧***是为了使得断路器在断路或者短路时，动静触头之间分开产生的电弧能够被引入灭弧室进行灭弧，从而达到保护断路器内部各部件不受电弧的影响而受到损坏，导致断路器寿命受到严重影响，现有的断路器的引弧***一般都是采用单线结构，也就是说是单层的电流流动方向，由于这种结构产生的磁场强度较弱，相应的电磁力也较差，而使得磁吹效果较差，从而造成引弧效果差，导致灭弧效率低。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种小型断路器的引弧***，该断路器引弧***具有效率高的优点，解决了现有断路器引弧***效率低的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种小型断路器引弧***，包括接线端子、动触头、静触头、导电片、引弧片以及灭弧栅，所述的动触头通过软联接导线、双金属板以及导电片与接线端子电连接，所述的引弧片与导电片电连接，所述的引弧片、静触头与灭弧栅构成灭弧***，其特征在于：引弧片含有相互平行且电流方向相同的双层结构。
进一步，所述的引弧片由第一引弧片和第二引弧片连接而成，且第一引弧片与第二引弧片环绕并形成相互平行的双层结构。
进一步，所述动触头通过软联接导线和双金属板与第一引弧片相连接。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于在该引弧***中采用双层结构的引弧片，且引弧电流同向 ，从而使得电磁场增大，相应的电磁力也增强，磁吹加强，当触头短路分断时，增强的电磁力能快速地把电弧引入灭弧室，快速灭弧，从而大大提高了灭弧效率，有效的避免了电弧烧毁断路器内部的零件而导致使用寿命的降低，从而使用寿命延长，并有效地提高断路器的短路分断能力。

下面针对附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步说明：
由图所示，该小型断路器引弧***，包括接线端子1、动触头2、静触头3、导电片4、引弧片以及灭弧栅7，所述的动触头2通过软联接导线、双金属板8以及导电片4与接线端子1电连接，所述的引弧片与导电片4电连接，所述的引弧片、静触头3与灭弧栅7构成灭弧***，引弧片含有相互平行且电流方向相同的双层结构9。根据上述方案，由于在该引弧***中采用双层的引弧片，且引弧电流同向 ，从而使得电磁场增大，相应的电磁力也增强，磁吹加强，当触头短路分断时，增强的电磁力能快速地把电弧引入灭弧室，快速灭弧，从而大大提高了灭弧效率。
在本实用新型中，所述的引弧片由第一引弧片5和第二引弧片6连接而成，且第一引弧片5与第二引弧片6环绕并形成相互平行的双层结构9。设置两个引弧片相连接形成的能使磁吹效果加强并提高引弧效率，设置为分体结构，便于安装以及与其他零部件的连接。 
在本实用新型中，所述动触头2通过软联接导线和双金属板8与第一引弧片5相连接，然后再与第二引弧片6电连接，形成双层引弧片从而形成双向电流，引弧效果好，而现有引弧***的动触头2是通过软联接导线和双金属板8与引弧片直接相连接，为单向电流，形成反向引弧电流，引弧效果较差。

1.一种小型断路器引弧***，包括接线端子（1）、动触头（2）、静触头（3）、导电片（4）、引弧片以及灭弧栅（7），所述的动触头（2）通过软联接导线、双金属板8以及导电片与接线端子（1）上的电连接，所述的引弧片与导电片（4）电连接，所述的引弧片、静触头（3）与灭弧栅（7）构成灭弧***，其特征在于：引弧片含有相互平行且电流方向相同的双层结构（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型断路器引弧***，其特征在于所述的引弧片由第一引弧片（5）和第二引弧片（6）连接而成，且第一引弧片（5）与第二引弧片（6）环绕并形成相互平行的双层结构（9）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型断路器引弧***，其特征在于所述动触头（2）通过软联接导线和双金属板（8）与第一引弧片（5）相连接。
