本实用新型涉及一种用于校验油套管内径的通径棒。
背景技术
在生产外径为244.48mm,壁厚为13.84mm,长12m的油套管时,需要采用直径为215.9mm、长305mm的通径棒进行全长度通径,以判定油套管的管径是否符合规格要求,在实际的过程中,一般都采用标准的通径棒对油套管进行通径,但采用标准通径棒通径时对油套管的直线度、内孔壁的粗糙度和内孔椭圆度的要求比较高,通径速度慢,而且由于内孔壁上或多或少会有氧化皮或铁屑存在的原因,标准通径棒容易卡死在油套管中间,因通径不过而产生的次管,需浪费大量人工和工时进行处理才能保证通径通过。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种油套管通径棒,以提高油套管的通径工作效率,降低生产成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种油套管通径棒,包括通径棒本体,所述的通径棒本体一端设有圆锥体,圆锥体大端与通径棒本体通过圆弧光滑连接。
