本实用新型涉及一种地面管道清洁拖把是由拖把架和套于拖把架端部的拖布组成。拖把架是由拖把头和拖把杆组成，拖把头是两截弹性材料弯折成的半圆弧框连接而成，两截半圆弧框其下端四角相连，在两者上端中心间焊接有连接板，连接板中心开有调节孔，调节孔内旋有调节螺栓，拖把杆端部通过调节螺栓与连接板连接，在拖把头上套有拖布。由于实行上述技术方案，使用本实用新型可大面积快速的擦拭管线表面，其擦拭均匀，管线清洁质量高，且劳动效率大大提高，减轻了人员的劳动强度。

地面管道清洁拖把
一、技术领域：本实用新型属于清洁器械领域，尤其涉及一种天然气地面管道清洁拖把。
二、背景技术：目前，天然气产区对生产现场的地面管线表面的清洁方式主要采用手工擦拭和使用普通拖布拖擦，由于管线表面为圆弧形，则前述两种清洁方式无法做到大面积快速清洁，劳动效率低。如果擦拭的力量不均匀，则擦拭后的管道容易出现污痕。
三、发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于向人们提供一种提高清洁管线的劳动效率，降低员工劳动强度，提高管线清洁质量的地面管道清洁拖把。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：地面管道清洁拖把是由拖把架和套于拖把架端部的拖布组成。拖把架是由拖把头和拖把杆组成，拖把头是两截弹性材料弯折成的半圆弧框连接而成，两截半圆弧框其下端四角相连，在两者上端中心间焊接有连接板，连接板中心开有调节孔，调节孔内旋有调节螺栓，拖把杆端部通过调节螺栓与连接板连接，在拖把头上套有拖布。
由于实行上述技术方案，使用本实用新型就可大面积快速的擦拭管线表面，其擦拭均匀，管线清洁质量高，且劳动效率大大提高，减轻了人员的劳动强度。

实施例：如图1-2所示，地面管道清洁拖把是由拖把架和套于拖把架端部的拖布6组成。拖把架是由拖把头4和拖把杆1组成，拖把头4是两截弹性材料弯折成的半圆弧框连接而成，两截半圆弧框其下端四角相连，在两者上端中心间焊接有连接板3，连接板3中心开有调节孔8，调节孔8内旋有调节螺栓2，拖把杆1端部通过调节螺栓2与连接板3连接。在拖把头4组成的半圆弧框内还设有加强板5，加强板5两端分别和拖把头4两截半圆弧框连接，用以加强拖把头4的强度。在拖把头上套有拖布6，拖布6内表面设有拖布条，拖布6背面两侧设有内端敞口的空腔后套7，拖把头4两侧分别套于后套7内。
使用时，手持拖把杆1，将拖把头4扣于管线上，来回拖动，即可快速清洁管线。随后可通过节调螺栓2改变拖把杆1与拖把头4间的角度，即可方便的对管线各个面进行清洁。当清洁完毕后，只需将拖布6由拖把头4上取下，直接对拖布6进行清洗。
以上技术特征构成了本实用新型的最佳实施例，其具有较强的适应性和最佳实施效果，可根据实际需要增减非必要技术特征，来满足不同情况的需要。

1.一种地面管道清洁拖把，是由拖把架和套于拖把架端部的拖布组成，其特征在于：拖把架是由拖把头和拖把杆组成，拖把头是两截弹性材料弯折成的半圆弧框连接而成，两截半圆弧框其下端四角相连，在两者上端中心间焊接有连接板，连接板中心开有调节孔，调节孔内旋有调节螺栓，拖把杆端部通过调节螺栓与连接板连接，在拖把头上套有拖布。
2.如权利要求1所述的地面管道清洁拖把，其特征在于：在拖把头组成的半圆弧框内还设有加强板，加强板两端分别和拖把头两截半圆弧框连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的地面管道清洁拖把，其特征在于：拖布内表面设有拖布条，拖布背面两侧设有内端敞口的空腔后套，拖把头两侧分别套于后套内。
