一种高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,三根由超软镀锡铜导体和挤包在每根导体外的交联聚烯烃绝缘层组成线芯,三线芯成缆后绕包非磁性金属带绕包层和呈编织型网状结构的镀锡铜编织层组成的超屏蔽层,最外层挤包高强度交联聚烯烃护套。本实用新型采用超软镀锡铜导体等柔软性良好的材料,减小了电缆的弯曲半径。非磁性金属带绕包层和镀锡铜编织层组成的超屏蔽层可有效减少电磁干扰,屏蔽效果优异。电缆整体的抗拉伸能力强,使用寿命长,完全满足高速轨道交通引进技术对牵引变频电机电缆的特殊要求。

本发明涉及一种高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。 
背景技术
高速机车是高速运行的轨道交通工具,以高速迅捷著称。由于牵引变频电机处于环境要求十分苛刻的条件下工作,需要对引接电缆提出更严格的要求。现有的电缆一般采用GB/T 12528-2008标准,导线芯均采用五类镀锡铜导体。由于存在以下问题而不能满足高速机车牵引变频电机用电缆的发展要求。 
1工作过程中电缆受内外界高频脉冲影响较大,同时又对微机控制***产生严重影响;2由于使用环境处于狭小空间,要求电缆柔软,弯曲半径小;3绝缘材料容易过度疲劳而损坏,严重影响电缆的使用寿命和电机的正常工作。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,屏蔽效果好,材料抗拉伸力强的超屏蔽软电缆。 
这种高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,高强度交联聚烯烃绝缘层挤包在圆形镀锡铜导体外部组成线芯,三线芯成缆后由内向外依次绕包非磁性金属带绕包层,镀锡铜编织层和高强度交联聚烯烃护套。所述三线芯外圆两两相切排列,组成电缆缆芯。所述镀锡铜导体为超软镀锡铜导体。所述非磁性金属带绕包层和镀锡铜编织层组成超屏蔽层。所述镀锡铜编织层呈编 织型网状结构。 
与现有技术相比,这种适用于高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆整体柔软,由于采用超软镀锡铜导体、高强度护套材料和柔软性优异的超屏蔽层,电缆弯曲半径可以更小。外挤包高强度交联聚烯烃护套,不仅绝缘效果好,而且结构紧密效果好,由绕包非磁性金属带绕包层和呈编织型网状结构的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层组成的超屏蔽层屏蔽效果优异,整体柔软,弯曲半径小,同时也提高了整体电缆的抗拉伸能力,使用寿命长,完全满足高速轨道交通引进技术对牵引变频电机电缆的特殊要求。

下面结合图1对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细的说明:镀锡铜导体1由多根超软镀锡铜丝精绞而成,在导体上紧密挤包高强度交联聚烯烃绝缘层2构成绝缘线芯,三根绝缘线芯绞合形成缆芯,在缆芯外绕包非磁性金属带绕包层3和呈编织型网状结构的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层4组成的超屏蔽层,在超屏蔽层外侧挤包高强度交联聚烯烃护套5形成高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆。

1.一种高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于:高强度交联聚烯烃绝缘层(2)挤包在圆形镀锡铜导体(1)外部组成线芯,三线芯成缆后由内向外依次绕包非磁性金属带绕包层(3),镀锡铜编织层(4)和高强度交联聚烯烃护套(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于:所述三线芯外圆两两相切排列,组成电缆缆芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于:所述镀锡铜导体(1)为超软镀锡铜导体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速机车牵引变频电机专用超屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于:所述非磁性金属带绕包层(3)和镀锡铜编织层(4)组成超屏蔽层。
