国内外，每年因地震、火灾死亡的人数不计其数；至今，我们仍然没有能有效抵御地震的方法，虽然不断的提高房屋的抗震等级，是可以抵抗轻微的地震灾害，但是不能抵抗强烈的地震，更何况我们无法预知下一次地震的强度；如果将所有建筑物的抗震等级设计的最高，这样就造成建筑物的成本剧烈增加，高成本的背后带来的不仅是资源的浪费更是对环境的破坏，即使盲目提高房屋抗震等级，地震时人躲在建筑物内也不一定安全，逃离建筑物有可能更不安全，根本无法保证居民的生命安全。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑防灾结构以达到在发生灾害时保护居民生命安全的目的。 
为了解决上述技术问题本实用新型的技术方案是，一种建筑防灾结构，设有与建筑物的每一层相通的防灾室，所述的防灾室的底部和顶部均设有出入口，所述的防灾室的内部从底部到顶部连通。 
所述的防灾室由墙体，顶部和底部组成，所述的墙体包括由从建筑物墙体外壁向内壁依次设置的混凝土层、防火层和柔性层。 
所述的防灾室与建筑物每一层层面平齐的隔板，所述的连通为交错连通。 
所述的防灾室相邻两层的连通位置设有爬梯。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比，设有与建筑物的每一层相通的防灾室，所述的防灾室的底部和顶部均设有出入口，在发生灾害时，对人员进行保护和救援 逃生，并且防灾室结构简单，建造成本低，安全可靠。

如图1-2所示，一种建筑防灾结构，设有与建筑物1的每一层相通的防灾室2，所述的防灾室2的底部和顶部均设有出入口4，所述的防灾室2的内部从底部到顶部连通。防灾室2通过设置在墙体上的门与建筑物1的每一层相通，当发生火灾或者地震灾害时，居民通过门进入到防灾室内进行躲避和逃生。 
所述的防灾室2由墙体，顶部和底部组成，所述的墙体包括由从建筑物墙体外壁向内壁依次设置的混凝土层5、防火层6和柔性层7。混凝土层5保证了防灾室2的强度，防火层6保证在发生火灾时，防灾室2的安全，柔性层7设置在防灾室2的内壁，在人员摔倒时对人员进行保护。 
所述的防灾室2与建筑物1每一层层面平齐的隔板3，所述的连通为交错连通。所述的防灾室2相邻两层的连通位置设有爬梯。隔板将防灾室2分成多层结构，防灾室2的连通为交错连通，防止人员从上一层跌入下一层，造成摔伤。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防灾结构，其特征在于：所述的防灾室(2)由墙体，顶部和底部组成，所述的墙体包括由从建筑物墙体外壁向内壁依次设置的混凝土层(5)、防火层(6)和柔性层(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种建筑防灾结构，其特征在于：所述的连通为交错连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑防灾结构，其特征在于：所述的防灾室(2)相邻两层的连通位置设有爬梯。
