技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种回转支承,特别是一种推力深沟滚球式回转支承。 
背景技术
目前,国内回转支承行业所生产的回转支承结构形式,是外滚圈和内滚圈通过钢球相互转动,分为单排四点接触球式、单排交叉滚柱式、双排异径球式、三排滚柱式。其中单排四点接触球式,接触角≤50°。上述回转支承适用于结构空间大、转动力距大、承载轴向力小的场合,能够满足绝大部分情况的使用要求,但对于结构空间小、转动力距小、承载轴向力大的场合,现有的回转支承的结构形式就不能满足这种要求。主要应用于冶金机械中的轧环机,手动旋转机械的回转部位。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种:推力深沟滚球式回转支承,解决现在技术的回转支承不能适用于结构空间小、转动力距小、承载轴向力大的问题。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该回转支承包括上压圈、下压圈、钢球和隔离块,在上压圈和下压圈之间有钢球和隔离块,钢球和隔离块间隔分布,钢球和隔离块的形状相同,在上压圈和下压圈上有钢球滚道,在钢球的滚道的底端有油槽。 
所述的上压圈和下压圈的钢球轨道的接触角为90°。 
有益效果:由于采用了上述方案,采用上压圈和下压圈,在上压圈和下压圈之间有钢球,在钢球之间有隔离块,隔离块与钢球间隔排布,使该回转支承的内、外径尺寸差减小,接触角为90°,即滚动体的传力方向与回转支承径向平面之间的交角为90°;保证滚道中心的直径偏差0.05mm左右,在装配时顺利与钢球组装。上下滚圈的环形滚道保证曲率半径及接触角90°的一致性,解决了现在技术的回转支承不能适用于结构空间小、转动力距小、承载轴向力大的问题,达到了本实用新型的目的。 
优点:结构空间小、转动力距小、承载轴向力大,上压圈和下圈加工的工艺简单;总成装配时,上压圈和下压圈与钢球的组装方便。

实施例1:该回转支承包括上压圈1、下压圈2、钢球4和隔离块,在上压圈1和下压圈2之间有钢球4和隔离块,钢球4和隔离块间隔分布,钢球4和隔离块的形状相同,在上压圈1和下压圈2上有钢球滚道,在钢球的滚道的底端有油槽5。 
所述的上压圈1和下压圈2的钢球轨道的接触角为90°。 
上压圈1和下压圈2之间通过装填的钢球而联成一体,并通过钢球相互转动。并且在每钢球之间装入一隔离块,以避免钢球之间产生摩擦。
