Abstract

本实用新型是一种用抹平的垛木墙,其特征是:在垛木墙表面附着用掺有植物纤维的轻质生土材料,在垛木墙的一侧或两侧。并使其表面平整且增强了其保温性能。本实用新型简单易行,就地取材,在生土内加入植物纤维等轻质材料,增大了生土的孔隙率,保温隔热性能良好,提高了垛木墙的保温性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体是一种用保温材料抹平的垛木墙。 
背景技术
用原木搭垒起来的垛木房的墙面不平整,呈一道道的弧状,使用起来很不方便。原木直接的接触面少,形成散热的薄弱部位,不便于保温。对于解决这一问题,现有的方法是在垛木墙外加一层饰面板。先在原木上安装龙骨,再装饰面板,这样即形成了一道保温层也解决了表面不平整的问题。但此方法施工繁琐,而且不经济。更不适用于一些民居的垛木房。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有垛木房的墙面不平整,提供一种用保温材料抹平的垛木墙。利用掺有植物纤维的轻质生土材料抹在垛木墙的表面,墙面平整并提高了保温隔热的性能。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:待垛木房搭建好后,制备植物纤维轻质生土,在垛木墙一侧或两侧附着轻质生土材料并抹平,该生土应选择具有一定粘性的土壤,增强轻质生土材料的附着力。 
本使用新型的有益效果是: 
1)、墙面平整便于使用并提高了墙面的保温能力; 
2)、在生土内加入植物纤维等轻质材料,自重轻; 
3)、就地取材,经济环保。

具体实施方式
制备植物纤维轻质生土材料,在垛木墙1的内外两侧附着轻质生土材料2,将其抹平,直到厚度达到要求。植物纤维可以使用秸秆、甘蔗渣、木屑等其他轻质材料。使用带有粘性的土壤,或加入适量水泥,增强粘性。可只抹垛木墙内侧,暴露外侧,保持垛木房的形态特征。
