背景技术
轴承密封圈安装在轴承内、外圈的端面之间,用于防止灰尘、杂物等进入滚动体内。传统的轴承密封圈为纯橡胶制成,耐热性能差,易变形、磨损,造成脱落。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易形变、耐热性能好、密封性能好的滑轮轴承密封圈结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种滑轮轴承密封圈结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈包括一具有环状端面和外圈的钢圈,在所述环状端面和外圈的内侧面压制有一延伸至钢圈内圈处的弹性橡胶层;所述外圈与环状端面的夹角为87-88°。
本实用新型的优点在于:使用时,将密封圈的钢圈外侧面朝内,压入滑轮轴承的内、外圈之间,由于钢圈的外圈与环状端面的夹角为87-88°,钢圈外圈靠近端面处较高,刚好嵌入轴承外圈内壁的卡槽内,而弹性橡胶层紧贴轴承内圈,实现密封圈对轴承端面的密封。由于采用钢圈作为主体,提高了耐热性能,不易变形,保证了良好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型涉及一种滑轮轴承密封圈,包括一钢圈1,其具有环状端面1a和外圈1b,在环状端面1a和外圈1b的内侧面压制有延伸至钢圈内圈处的橡胶层2。钢圈1的外圈1b与环状端面1a的夹角为87-88°,最佳角度为87.5°。
使用时,如图2所示,将密封圈的钢圈1外侧面朝内,压入滑轮轴承的内圈3、外圈4之间,由于钢圈的外圈1b与环状端面1a的夹角为87-88°,钢圈外圈1b靠近端面1a处较高,刚好嵌入轴承外圈4内壁的卡槽内,而橡胶层2紧贴轴承内圈3,实现密封圈对轴承端面的密封。
