Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种缓冲包装，包括：纸板通过胶与EPE连接为一体，EPE设置于被保护物品的外侧，EPE内侧设置为与被保护物品相适应的形状，纸板设置于EPE的外侧，能解决现有技术中采用EPE材料作为缓冲包装造成的角跌落过程使产品受损的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种缓冲包装。
背景技术
目前电脑等产品所使用的缓冲材料多为EPE材料，但是，使用这种材料会有如下问题：EPE材料较软，在跌落试验的角跌落时易使产品受损，如果增加EPE材料的厚度(即缓冲高度)又会使包装箱尺寸变大，并且导致产品成本变高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是是，针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种缓冲包装，能解决现有技术中采用EPE材料作为缓冲包装造成的角跌落过程使产品受损的问题。
本实用新型解决以上技术问题的技术方案是：一种缓冲包装，包括：EPE和纸板，纸板通过胶与EPE连接为一体，EPE设置于被保护物品的外侧，EPE内侧设置为与被保护物品相适应的形状，纸板设置于EPE的外侧。
在纸板设置于EPE外侧后，角跌落时纸板会先与碰撞物品接触，由于纸板相对于EPE的硬度更好一些，所以角跌落的保护性能会更好。
作为本实用新型进一步限定的技术方案：
所述纸板可以为瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板、纸塑材料、硬的厚卡纸。
所述胶可以为热熔胶、水胶、油胶、树脂胶。
被保护物品可以为台式电脑、笔记本电脑、税控收款机等物品。

具体实施方式
为了更好地了解本实用新型的实质，以下实施例结合附图对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
图1是一实施例中缓冲材料的侧面示意图，在图1中，1为纸板，2为EPE，纸板和EPE通过胶链接在一起。
图2是图1中缓冲材料的后部透视图，图3是图1的缓冲材料应用于被保护物品上的侧面示意图，3为被保护物品。从在图2和图3可以看出，EPE靠近被保护物品一侧被设置为与被保护物品相适应的形状，外侧为纸板。在纸板设置于EPE外侧后，角跌落时纸板会先与碰撞物品接触，由于纸板相对于EPE的硬度更好一些，所以角跌落的保护性能会更好。
经过试验证实，在相同缓冲高度的情况下，瓦楞纸板与EPE结合的新型材料的缓冲性能比单纯的EPE的缓冲性能要好。
本实施例中的缓冲材料也可根据被保护物品的形状而设置为相适应的其它形状。
本实施例中的纸板可以为瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板、纸塑材料、硬的厚卡纸。
本实施例中的胶可以为热熔胶、水胶、油胶、树脂胶。
本实施例中的被保护物品可以为台式电脑、笔记本电脑、税控收款机等物品。
本实用新型不局限于上述实施例，与上述实施例的技术特征相同或相近似的技术方案，也属于本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.一种缓冲包装，包括：EPE和纸板，其特征在于纸板通过胶与EPE连接为一体，EPE设置于被保护物品的外侧，EPE内侧设置为与被保护物品相适应的形状，纸板设置于EPE的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓冲包装，其特征在于所述纸板为瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板、纸塑材料、硬的厚卡纸中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓冲包装，其特征在于所述胶为热熔胶、水胶、油胶、树脂胶中的一种。
