本实用新型公开了一种高温高压环境下应用的气化炉测温装置。该装置包括钨铼热电偶、定位安装组件、柔性导线、内引线、引线法兰、外引线和温度变送器,其中,柔性导线由钨铼热电偶的安装端引出,与内引线、引线法兰、外引线顺序连接,钨铼热电偶的安装端固定于定位安装组件的安装孔内,引线法兰与炉壳法兰固定连接,外引线与温度变送器连接,用于向控制室传送经温度变送器处理后的信号以获得测点温度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种测温装置,尤其是一种高温高压环境下应用的气化炉测温装置。
背景技术
气流床气化炉具有单台炉处理能力强、煤种适应性广、碳转化率高和负荷调节性好等优点,代表了今后气化技术的发展方向。加压煤气化技术反应温度高(平均1800℃),负荷大,尤是在煤种类型多、煤种不稳定、操作过程中炉膛温度波动大、温度场分布不均的情况下,容易造成局部温度过高,甚至损坏炉内部件,因此对气化炉运行温度控制的要求很高,如何快速准确并长期获得气化炉运行过程中的温度,尤其是关键部位的温度非常重要,直接影响气化炉能否安全稳定长周期运行。
美国专利US6302578公布了一种德士古气化炉用热电偶,直接测量炉膛温度,从中国国内使用情况看其寿命很短,有时只有几天,甚至刚开车即损坏,无法长期准确指示炉温温度。
中国专利200620112076.4公布了一种煤气化炉用耐高温耐高压热电偶,基本满足了高温、高压的要求,但是由于用于二硅化钼、刚玉保护管和热电偶中部的金属连接管之间密封胶粘结,以及复合法兰、密封法兰均用耐热密封圈,当炉内温度和压力超过400℃和10MPa时,密封易失效,造成泄露。
中国专利200710094592.8公布了一种气化炉高压热电偶,一定程度上解决了密封易失效的问题,但整体式铠装热电偶为刚性材料,两端的固定件在同一直线上,在安装过程中较为困难,而且容易因为两固定端受热膨胀率不一致损坏热电偶,影响了使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高温高压环境下应用的,拆装方便,能有效抵抗各个部件膨胀影响的气化炉测温装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:炉膛测温装置由钨铼热电偶、定位安装组件,柔性导线,引线、高压高温密封绝缘法兰、散热组件和变送器组件组成。
在水冷壁上预装一个定位安装组件,并且在安装端预制螺纹,便于紧固。在气化炉壳上设计热电偶安装法兰。
钨铼热电偶为耐高温陶瓷材料烧制而成,为了防止在拆卸过程中陶瓷断裂可以在热电偶外部加装金属套管,金属套管优选耐高温的合金钢材料。为了避免了环境腐蚀对导线的作用,可以在热电偶导线外面套一根细的耐高温金属软管,同时也增加导线的强度,防止安装人员拉断导线。
安装时首先将钨铼热电偶***热电偶安装预焊件,使得钨铼热电偶头部露出水冷壁耐火料0~10mm,并用螺母紧固在预制螺纹上,一方面可以有效固定热电偶,另一方面可以防止炉内高温合成气泄露。将钨铼热电偶的导线与引线法兰上的内引线连接固定,固定方式可以选择插接式或者螺钉紧固式等多种方式,然后将引线法兰与炉壳法兰连接紧固,此引线法兰为承压部件,烧结陶瓷选用特殊工艺制作可以承受10MPa以上的压力。引线预装在烧结陶瓷内,根据测温点布置数量的需要可以预制多根引线。
外引线与温度变送器组件通过一个散热器组件连接,散热器组件可以采用翅片式散热结构或者稍钉式散热结构,也可以采用冷却剂冷却的结构,有效防止炉体的高温影响温度变送器正常工作。经过温度变送器处理过的信号传回控制室,获得相应测点温度。
为了获得炉膛整体情况,可以在水冷壁的不同高度处周向布置数个炉膛测温点,分别安装炉膛测温装置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本测温装置可以有效测得高温高压环境下的气化炉炉膛温度,密封性好,耐腐蚀性强,采用柔性连接,不受炉内部件变形影响,安装方便,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
在水冷壁2上预装一个定位安装组件3,该定位安装组件3为一个预焊件,其安装端有一安装孔,在该安装孔外侧预制螺纹,以便于紧固。在气化炉壳1上设计热电偶安装法兰15。
炉膛测温装置由钨铼热电偶4、导线6,螺母5、内引线7,外引线11和引线法兰8、散热组件13和变送器组件14组成。引线法兰8为高压高温密封绝缘法兰;钨铼热电偶4为耐高温陶瓷材料烧制而成,可以在高温有液渣冲刷的环境下工作,因为陶瓷材料质地较脆,为了防止在拆卸过程中陶瓷断裂可以在热电偶外部加装金属套管12,金属套管12优选耐高温的合金钢材料,钨铼热电偶的外径与定位安装组件的安装孔的内径相配合,并且钨铼热电偶的长度被设定为固定后从所述定位安装组件向气化炉内伸出0~10mm。电偶的外表面与定位安装组件3的安装孔内表面都带有台阶,两台阶彼此配合用于电偶的定位。此外,电偶的两级外径分别与定位安装组件3的安装孔的两级内径相配合。为了避免了环境腐蚀对导线6的作用,可以在热电偶导线6外面套一根细的耐高温金属软管,同时也增加导线的强度,防止安装人员拉断导线6。
安装时首先将钨铼热电偶4***定位安装组件3的安装孔内,并用螺母5紧固在安装孔的大径部分外侧的预制螺纹上,一方面可以有效固定热电偶,另一方面可以防止炉内高温合成气泄露。将钨铼热电偶4的导线6与引线法兰8上的内引线7连接固定,固定方式可以选择插接式或者螺钉紧固式等方式,固定后将引线法兰8与炉壳1上的法兰连接紧固,此引线法兰8为承压部件,烧结陶瓷选用特殊工艺制作可以承受10MPa以上的压力。内引线7,外引线11预装在引线法兰8内。
外接线11通过一个散热组件13与温度变送器14连接,散热器组件13可以确保炉体的高温不影响温度变送器工作,经过温度变送器14处理的信号传回控制室,获得相应测点温度。根据测温点布置数量的需要可以设置多个钨铼热电偶,并分别用相应的导线和引线连接到温度变送器14。

Claims (9)

1.一种高温高压环境下应用的气化炉测温装置,该装置包括钨铼热电偶、定位安装组件、柔性导线、内引线、引线法兰、外引线和温度变送器,其中,柔性导线由钨铼热电偶的安装端引出,与内引线、引线法兰、外引线顺序连接,钨铼热电偶的安装端固定于定位安装组件的安装孔内,引线法兰与炉壳法兰固定连接,外引线与温度变送器连接,用于向控制室传送经温度变送器处理后的信号以获得测点温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于外引线与温度变送器之间设置散热组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于所述散热组件的形式为翅片式,稍钉式或者冷却液冷却式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于所述的钨铼热电偶为耐高温陶瓷材料烧制而成,能够在高温有液渣冲刷的环境下工作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于在热电偶外部加装金属套管,所述金属套管由耐高温的合金钢材料制成。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于钨铼热电偶的外径与定位安装组件的安装孔的内径相配合,并且钨铼热电偶的长度被设定为固定后从所述定位安装组件向气化炉内伸出0~10mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于柔性导线外面套一根细的耐高温金属软管。
8.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于钨铼热电偶的导线与引线法兰上的内引线连接固定方式为插接式或者螺钉紧固式。
9.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉测温装置,其特征在于包括多个钨铼热电偶,用于检测多个测点的温度。
