本实用新型公开了一种输电线路设备无线温度监测***,由采集模块、收集模块、监测模块组成,采集模块与收集模块之间采用无线通讯方式连接,收集模块与监测模块采用通讯网络线相连;将感温元件紧贴在被测物体的表面,它能如实地反映设备的实时温度,并通过无线信号发射到监测设备,对运行设备没有任何影响,当设备的运行温度超过设定温度值时,实时报警,提醒设备监护人员及时的检查设备运行情况,采取适当的措施,避免由于温度升高而引起设备故障,造成设备损坏,扩大事故范围。

本实用新型涉及一种输电线路设备无线温度监测***,更具体的涉及一种输电线路设备运行过程中的温度无线监测。
背景技术
电力设备连接部分都是金属器件,由于气候冷热变化,设备基础变化,加工工艺,氧化反应等原因使连接部分压接不紧,压力不够,触头间的接触部分发生变化等引起接触电阻增大,在电流通过时,温度升高,造成设备老化,绝缘下降,严重的还能触发电弧短路,烧坏设备,扩大设备损坏范围,降低设备使用寿命。尤其是活动刀闸的动、静触头部分、主变引线、电缆头发热现象比较突出,故障率高。
目前国内对电力***中设备的温度监测主要方法采取下述几种方法:
一是在电接触表面涂一层随温度变化颜色的发光材料,通过观察其颜色变化来大致确定温度范围,这种方法准确度低、可靠性差,不能过行定量测量,且需人工操作效率不高;
另一种方法是光纤式测温***,可以显示温度值,但由于每个测温点都需要独立的光纤和信号转换器,并且接线、布线复杂,光纤的弯曲半径不能小于20mm,且热敏光纤易损坏、维护量大;光纤传感器也不能够移动,在抽屉式开关柜等需要经常维护校验的设备中应用极其不便,因此不常采用;
还有红外探头测温***,可以在线监测,但由于***稳定性不高,尤其是受环境影响严重,误报较多,也不常采用。另外,还有(红外)手持辐射特性的红外测温仪,测量准确度较高,但由于采用了固定D/S的光学器件,在封闭式高压开关柜等特定场合使用不方便,且需人工操作,无法实现在线测量。
发明内容
本实用新型即是针对上述现有技术中存在的问题而提出的一种输电线路设备无线温度监测***,可实时有效地监测电力设备连接部位温度变化情况。将感温元件紧贴在被测物体的表面,它能如实地反映设备的实时温度,并通过无线信号发射到监测设备,对运行设备没有任何影响,当设备的运行温度超过设定温度值时,实时报警,提醒设备监护人员及时的检查设备运行情况,采取适当的措施,避免由于温度升高而引起设备故障,造成设备损坏,扩大事故范围。
