背景技术
在电力***中,用于10KV变电所高压线路运行中的断开隔离通常采用断路器实现,由于断路器主要作用是承载和断开异常回路的电流和自动进行失压、欠压、过载和短路保护,因此它的结构比较复杂,造价较高,这种多功能的部件,只用于高压柜中单一的电流断开隔离,本身也是一种资源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用安全可靠的高压柜大电流隔离机构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种高压柜大电流隔离机构,包括:车架,其特征在于在车架上设有支承座,支承座上安装有两排上下相对设置的绝缘子,绝缘子上设有与高压柜中静触头相配合的动触头,上下相对设置的动触头通过导电板连成一体,形成上下动触点电通路。
本实用新型提供的高压柜大电流隔离机构,通过移动车架,可以将隔离机构上的动触头与高压柜中的静触头结合成一体,形成变电所高压电输送线路的畅通回路,或者将动触头与静触头分离,断开输送线路。
本实用新型的特点是:结构简单,操作方便,使用安全可靠,造价低,设计合理,可安装在已有高压柜中,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的车架底盘1的两侧设有车轮7,底盘的底部设有带动车架移动的传动机构,由手摇把手8、丝杠等部件连接构成,图中未示出丝杠,不限于此传动机构。底盘上固定有车架2,车架上固定安装有支承座3,支承座上固定有上下相对设置的两排绝缘子4,每一排设有3个按一定间距排列的绝缘子,绝缘子上固定连接有动触头6,上下相对的绝缘子上的动触头之间通过导电板即铜板5连接,形成电通路。绝缘子在起支撑带电体作用的同时,还用于形成一定的绝缘距离,保证高压柜的绝缘。
高压柜大电流隔离机构是安装在高压柜中,其动触头即高压插头与高压柜中的静触头即高压插座相配合。保持变电所高压线路处在通电状态时,三相电流分别通过结合在一起上动静触头、导电板和下动静触头形成的回路流入和流出。当线路处在停电状态,需要将进出线路断开时,通过摇动把手,使丝杠转动,带动车架底盘向柜外移动,使上、下动静触头分离,线路断开。

1.一种高压柜大电流隔离机构,包括:车架,其特征在于在车架上设有支承座,支承座上安装有两排上下相对设置的绝缘子,绝缘子上设有与高压柜中静触头相配合的动触头,上下相对设置的动触头通过导电板连成一体,形成上下动触点电通路。
