背景技术
目前,为了加固路基、堤坝等土建工程中,常在土工主体中使加格栅之类的加固筋。现有技术产品应用的格栅,以塑料拉筋组成的方格或长方格格室为受力单元,这种受力单元的格栅与土体结合存在延伸率高、稳定性差,拉伸条受力强度低,受力不均匀,摩阻性能及加固效果差等不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型三向土工格栅,以解决现有技术格栅与土体结合中,延伸率高、摩阻性能差,受力不均匀、稳固效果差等问题。
本实用新型主要有拉筋、结点、格室组成,其解决问题所采用的技术方案是将平行主拉筋与倾斜辅拉筋结合,构成三角形格室,每个格室受力单元连接三个结点,结点为圆形凸起,主拉筋的宽度大于辅拉筋,主拉筋与辅拉筋近接点处加宽。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是提高了格栅的摩阻性,降低了格栅的延伸率,提高了稳固性,能够有效的与土体结合,大大增强了土体的承载能力。

具体实施方式
如图所示:三向土工格栅采用工程塑料材料一次注塑成型,将平行主拉筋1与倾斜辅拉筋3结合,构成三角形格室4,每个格室4受力单元连接三个结点2,结点2为圆形凸起,主拉筋1的宽度大于辅拉筋2,主拉筋1与辅拉筋3近结点2处加宽,主拉筋1与辅拉筋3之间形成60度夹角。

1.一种三向土工格栅,主要有拉筋、结点、格室组成,其特征是将平行主拉筋与倾斜辅拉筋结合,构成三角形格室,每个格室受力单元连接三个结点,主拉筋与辅拉筋近接点处加宽。
