本实用新型涉及一种超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，其特征在于：它包括原料罐(1)、蒸馏塔(2)、冷凝器(3)、干燥器(4)、过滤器(5)和成品罐(6)；所述原料罐(1)出口与蒸馏塔(2)进口相连，所述蒸馏塔(2)顶端出口与冷凝器(3)进口相连，所述冷凝器(3)出口与干燥器(4)相连，所述干燥器(4)出口管线分为两路，一路通过回流管(7)与蒸馏塔(2)上方进口相连，另一路与过滤器(5)进口相连，所述过滤器(5)出口与成品罐(6)相连。本实用新型超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，破坏了酒精和水形成的恒沸物体系，通过蒸馏装置将水分蒸发出，通过干燥器吸收水分，然后经过过滤，得到纯度达到99.8％以上的超净高纯级无水乙醇，可满足微电子领域使用要求。

Description

超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，属于电子化学品生产设备技术领域。
(二)背景技术
无水乙醇在电子化学品领域，作为去油剂使用。市售的无水乙醇一般只能达到99.5％的纯度，而用于微电子领域的无水乙醇纯度需要达到99.8％以上，这就需要对其进一步的浓缩提纯。要进一步的浓缩，继续用普通蒸馏的方法是无法完成的，因为此时，酒精和水形成了恒沸物(对应的恒沸温度为78.15℃)，难以用普通蒸馏的方法分离开来，不能满足微电子领域使用要求。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能生产纯度达到99.8％以上、可满足微电子领域使用要求的超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，其特征在于：它包括原料罐、蒸馏塔、冷凝器、干燥器、过滤器和成品罐；
所述原料罐出口与蒸馏塔进口相连，所述蒸馏塔顶端出口与冷凝器进口相连，所述冷凝器出口与干燥器相连，所述干燥器出口管线分为两路，一路通过回流管与蒸馏塔上方进口相连，另一路与过滤器进口相连，所述过滤器出口与成品罐相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，破坏了酒精和水形成的恒沸物体系，通过蒸馏装置将水分蒸发出，通过干燥器吸收水分，然后经过过滤，得到纯度达到99.8％以上的超净高纯级无水乙醇，可满足微电子领域使用要求。

(五)具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型涉及的一种超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，主要由原料罐1、蒸馏塔2、冷凝器3、干燥器4、过滤器5和成品罐6组成；
所述原料罐1出口与蒸馏塔2进口相连，所述蒸馏塔2顶端出口与冷凝器3进口相连，所述冷凝器3出口与干燥器4相连，所述干燥器4出口管线分为两路，一路通过回流管7与蒸馏塔2上方进口相连，另一路与过滤器5进口相连，所述过滤器5出口与成品罐6相连。
使用时，将少量乙醇、镁和碘加入蒸馏塔中，待镁溶解生成醇镁后，再加入乙醇，加热回流，然后蒸馏提纯过滤得成品。

1.一种超净高纯级无水乙醇提取装置，其特征在于：它包括原料罐(1)、蒸馏塔(2)、冷凝器(3)、干燥器(4)、过滤器(5)和成品罐(6)；
所述原料罐(1)出口与蒸馏塔(2)进口相连，所述蒸馏塔(2)顶端出口与冷凝器(3)进口相连，所述冷凝器(3)出口与干燥器(4)相连，所述干燥器(4)出口管线分为两路，一路通过回流管(7)与蒸馏塔(2)上方进口相连，另一路与过滤器(5)进口相连，所述过滤器(5)出口与成品罐(6)相连。
