本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种大功率风力发电增速齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述的齿轮箱具有两级行星传动机构和一级平行轴传动机构,两级行星传动机构包括连接输入轴的一级行星架、一级行星轮、一级太阳轮、中间级行星架、中间级行星轮、中间级太阳轮,平行轴传动机构具有中间轴、大齿轮、带小齿轮的输出轴,中间级太阳轮与中间轴联接,大齿轮套在中间轴上,大齿轮与小齿轮啮合。
进一步的,所述的两级行星传动机构和一级平行轴传动机构均采用斜齿轮传动。
进一步的,所述的输出轴前端与齿轮箱的后机体通过四点角接触轴承和内圈无挡边的轴承联接,输出轴另一端与齿轮箱的输出端盖通过内圈无挡边的轴承联接。有效的提高了承载能力同时降低了高速运转时的温升,并且避免了输出轴因温度的变化带来的轴向间隙的变化。
进一步的,所述的一级行星架、中间轴和输出轴外端盖有机械密封盖。
