本实用新型涉及一种温室大棚防寒保温被。其从上至下依次包括被面层、上无纺布层、保温层、电化铝膜层、下无纺布层和被里层,所述被面层为柔质防水材料制成,所述各层依次粘接复合在一起。本实用新型具有积极有益的效果:保温效果好、抗拉强度高采用上、下无纺布层既具有保温功能,又能增加抗拉强度,且不易被刮伤、划破,延长使用寿命,保温层可大大减弱热传导,提高保温效果;电化铝膜层阻挡了棚内向外的热辐射,进一步增强保温效果;防护层采用高强度阻燃塑料膜层,具备防水、防潮、防火的效果,且还可减少棚膜磨损,提高棚膜的透光率;本实用新型材质轻、强度高,操作使用方便;生产加工简便,制作成本低廉。

背景技术
随着农业结构的不断调整,使高效设施农业得到迅速的发展,日光温室大棚得到广泛的应用,温室大棚保温技术也随之得到极大的发展。起初北方的很多温室大棚都是以草帘子为大棚膜的外层保温物,但草帘缝隙大、接触不实、易透风,所以很难起到良好地保温作用。温室大棚保温被由最初的草帘子保温被发展到了现在广泛采用的复合层保温被。市售的多数大棚复合保温被具备了一定保温性能,也具备重量轻体积小的优点,但这些公知的大棚复合保温被还存在着许多不足之处,譬如有些复合保温被的铝膜层直接设置于保温被的最外层,导致铝膜层易被棚架反复的摩损或划伤,造成铝膜层破损或脱落,严重危及保温被使用寿命及其保温效果;有些保温被以由膜层简单叠合而成,抗撕拉性能弱,在使用中容易被刮伤、划伤,易从损伤处撕开扯坏;还有一些大棚保温被采用缝合线进行缝合或以棚钉来连接各层以加强各层之间的结合力,这些缝合针孔和钉孔给保温被留下了渗水的隐患,且制造、裁剪加工也不方便;另有一些大棚保温被的保温层采用了针刺毛毡层,也易引起渗水,不但降低了保温效果,还易结冰,进而影响卷帘操作。
人们迫切希望上述状况得到改观。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温效果好、防水性能强、抗拉强度高、长寿命且加工简便的温室大棚防寒保温被。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种温室大棚防寒保温被,从上至下依次包括被面层、上无纺布层、保温层、电化铝膜层、下无纺布层和被里层,所述被面层为柔质防水材料制成,所述各层依次粘接复合在一起。
所述保温层为纤维棉层,或为发泡聚乙烯层,或为毛毡层。
所述被面层为黑色阻燃塑料膜层。具备良好的防雨、防雪、防火性能,而且黑色易于吸热融霜冻,霜冻期间保温效果好。
所述被里层为防水纤维层或塑料膜层。
所述电化铝膜层热压或流延复合在所述下无纺布层上。
本实用新型具有积极有益的效果:
1.保温效果好、抗拉强度高采用上、下无纺布层既具有保温功能,又能增加抗拉强度,且不易被刮伤、划破,延长使用寿命,保温层可大大减弱热传导,提高保温效果;电化铝膜层阻挡了棚内向外的热辐射,进一步增强保温效果。
2.防护层采用高强度阻燃塑料膜层,具备防水、防潮、防火的效果,且还可减少棚膜磨损,提高棚膜的透光率。
3.本实用新型材质轻、强度高,操作使用方便;生产加工简便,制作成本低廉。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述,但不局限于下列实施例。
实施例1一种温室大棚防寒保温被,参见图1,从上至下依次包括黑色阻燃塑料膜层1、上无纺布层2、网状发泡聚乙烯层3、电化铝膜层4、下无纺布层5和塑料膜层6,生产时,先将所述黑色阻燃塑料膜层1热压复合在上无纺布层2上,将上无纺布层2胶粘在网状发泡聚乙烯层3上,电化铝膜层4先热流延复合在下无纺布层5上,再将下无纺布层5热压复合在被里塑料膜层6上,最后将电化铝膜层4粘接在网状发泡聚乙烯层3上即可。
实施例2一种温室大棚防寒保温被,与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所述保温层为棉纤维层,被里为防水纤维布。
实施例3一种温室大棚防寒保温被,与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所述保温层为无孔毛毡层,被里为防水纤维布。

1.一种温室大棚防寒保温被,其特征在于,从上至下依次包括被面层、上无纺布层、保温层、电化铝膜层、下无纺布层和被里层,所述被面层为柔质防水材料制成,所述各层依次粘接复合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述温室大棚防寒保温被,其特征在于,所述保温层为纤维棉层,或为发泡聚乙烯层,或为毛毡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述温室大棚防寒保温被,其特征在于,所述被面层为黑色阻燃塑料膜层。
4.根据权利要求1所述温室大棚防寒保温被,其特征在于,所述被里层为防水纤维层或塑料膜层。
5.根据权利要求1所述温室大棚防寒保温被,其特征在于,所述电化铝膜层热压或流延复合在所述下无纺布层上。
