一种V2G智能充放电装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动车充放电***,尤其是涉及一种V2G智能充放电装置。
背景技术
V2G(电动汽车入网或车辆到电网)描述的是一种新型电网技术,电动汽车不仅作为用户和电力消费体,同时,在电动汽车闲置状态时作为绿色移动储能单元接入电网为电网提供电力,实现电动车辆的能量在受控状态下实现与电网之间的双向互动和交换。
近年来,随着纯电动汽车技术和动力锂离子电池技术的迅速发展,大规模集中式充电站已经开始出现。2008年北京市***期间建设了国内第一个集中式充电站,可满足50辆纯电动大巴车的动力电池充电需求。2010年上海世博会提供了可供120辆纯电动大巴车充电的集中式充电站。北京市规划2010年再建设4个与***充电站同等规模的充电站。其他进入“十城千辆”计划的城市,如大连、深圳、南昌等,都在规划建设集中式充电站。
随着电动汽车的推广应用和充电站的建设,人们对电动汽车和充电站的认识已经不仅仅局限在代步工具和“加油站”上,而是希望开拓更广泛的应用。
虽然目前国内外运行和正在建设的充电站,多数只具有为电动汽车供给能源的单一功能,国内没有相关的V2G示范项目,也没有公开发表的资料、论文。
国外,美国、德国等国家已经在进行V2G(Vehicle to Grid)相关技术的研究,但大部分都处在理论和实验阶段。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可实现电动车辆的能量在受控状态下与电网之间的双向互动和交换、节能环保的V2G智能充放电装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种V2G智能充放电装置,其特征在于,包括监控中心、后台管理子***、智能电表、双向智能充放电装置和充放电终端,所述的监控中心与后台管理子***连接,所述的双向智能充放电装置分别与后台管理子***、智能电表、充放电终端连接,所述的充放电终端与电动车辆连接。
所述的双向智能充放电装置包括全控三相高频整流/逆变模块和全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块,所述的全控三相高频整流/逆变模块的一端与变压器连接,另一端与全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块连接,所述的全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块与充放电终端连接。
所述的电动车设有车载电池管理子***,该车载电池管理子***通过第一CAN总线与双向智能充放电装置连接。
所述的双向智能充放电装置通过第一以太网与后台管理子***连接。
所述的双向智能充放电装置通过第二CAN总线与充放电终端连接。
所述的双向智能充放电装置通过485总线与智能电表连接。
所述的后台管理子***通过第二以太网与监控中心连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、可实现电动车辆的能量在受控状态下与电网之间的双向互动和交换;
2、双向智能充放电装置可采用手动、远程、本地自动等控制方式;具有本地存储分时段工作模式功能和演示功能;
3、后台***获取电网调度指令、进行充放电决策和下发充放电指令,实现电动车辆与电网的互动;
4、***可工作在充电模式和V2G模式,节能环保:
充电模式下可设置充电时间(立即充电、预约充电)和充电方式(自动充满、定时间和定电量);
V2G模式下,可根据用户在充放电终端上选择的车辆SOC上下限、参与时间,自动完成车辆与电网间在设置的SOC上下限范围内的能量双向流动。在保障了用户的基本使用需求的同时,可实现电动车辆与电网间的信息交互和能量互动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种V2G智能充放电装置,包括监控中心1、后台管理子***2、智能电表3、双向智能充放电装置4、充放电终端5、电动车6、变压器7、电网8,所述的监控中心1与后台管理子***2连接,所述的双向智能充放电装置4分别与后台管理子***2、智能电表3、充放电终端5连接,所述的充放电终端5与电动车6连接,所述的智能电表3与变压器7连接,所述的变压器7与电网8连接。
各组件的功能如下:
监控中心1:数据采集与监视控制,监测电网负荷状态,提供调度指令;
后台管理子***2:用于实现对双向智能充放电装置4进行管理、充放电策略控制、向监控中心1***提供所管辖区域内可充放电容量等信息。
双向智能充放电装置4:用于实现充电状态下的交流至直流和放电状态下的直流至交流的功率变换。
充放电终端5:用于实现人机交互、身份识别、充放电状态显示、充放电启/停控制、计量计费、充放电插头管理、票据打印等功能;
智能电表3:双向计量、本地信息存储,与双向智能充放电装置4双向通信。
如图2所示,为本实用新型实施方案***拓扑图,其功率变换部分主要由双向智能充放电装置4实现。
(1)功率变换功能实现
双向智能充放电装置4采用模块化设计,主要包括全控三相高频整流/逆变模块和全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块。
网侧采用全控三相高频整流/逆变模块接入电网,该模块可四象限运行,既可以从电网吸收有功,经全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块变换后给电池充电,也可将电池能量回馈到电网。具有节能,输入功率因数高,电流谐波畸变率低等特点。AC/DC功率单元控制目标就是要实现双向DC/DC环节输入直流电压的稳定,本方案AC/DC功率模块采用了三个单相AC/DC全桥高频整流电路,由于单相桥的直流电压利用率可以达到1,直流母线电压控制在DC380V左右。三个AC/DC模块只是在DC/DC充放电运行的时候维持直流母线的电压稳定,均流控制(或均功率)由后级DC/DC模块实现。
当车载动力电池充电时,AC/DC从电网吸收有功功率以维持DC/DC输出直流电压的稳定,当蓄电池能量通过DC/DC向外释放时,AC/DC模块为稳定DC/DC输入端口的DC电压将自动转入逆变工作模式,将蓄电池能量释放到电网中。
为实现大容量应用,DC/DC部分采取多模块并联运行扩容,各模块之间自动均流。每个直流模块容量为10kW,对于本方案30kW的应用采用3个DC/DC模块并联运行扩容。三个DC/DC模块的输入/输出均并联在一起,各模块之间的均流控制由DC模块内部的均流控制电路完成,电流不均衡度小于5%。DC/DC模块采用高频软开关技术提高效率,每个模块内部具有独立的数模混合控制电路,功能相对独立,单个模块运行故障时可单独闭锁保护,不影响其它模块的正常运行。可构成N+1冗余***。
(2)通信功能实现
1)双向智能充放电装置4与车载电池管理子***61信息交互功能实现
双向智能充放电装置4与车载电池管理子***61采用CAN通讯,了解车辆(电池)当前状况,获取电池是否允许充/放电、当前SOC值,当前端电压、最优充/放电电流及持续时间、最大充/放电电流及持续时间、充电电压最高限值、放电电压最低限值等信息;双向智能充放电装置4将其设备信息(最大输出电压、最大输出电流、可用状态、连接状态)传送至车载电池管理子***61;车载电池管理子***61将电池信息(电池当前端电压、当前SOC值、最优充/放电电流及持续时间、最大充/放电电流及持续时间、充电电压最高限值、放电电压最低限值、电池容量、充放电允许/禁止状态等信息)传送至双向智能充放电装置4;
2)双向智能充放电装置4与后台管理子***2信息交互功能实现
双向智能充放电装置4与后台管理子***2采用以太网通信,获取充放电指令、电价信息、对时指令;双向智能充放电装置4将当前已连接车辆电池SOC、设备信息(包括设备状态(充电、放电、待机、停机、故障等)、充/放电电压电流值、当前已运行时间、当前用户信息等)传送至后台管理***;双向智能充放电装置4根据车辆电池当前SOC进行充、放电操作,实现能量的双向流动
3)双向智能充放电装置4与充放电终端5信息交互功能实现
双向智能充放电装置4与充放电终端5采用CAN通信,充放电终端5将V2G模式下用户设置的参数信息(SOC上下限设置值、参与时间等)或充电模式下交互指令(充电时间选择、充电方式选择、终止充/放电、启动充电、结帐指令)传送至双向智能充放电装置4;双向智能充放电装置4将用户信息、充/放电电量信息、电价信息、已充/放电时间、当前工作模式、设备状态、通信状态、充放电电压电流大小等信息传送至充放电终端5进行显示。
4)双向智能充放电装置4与智能电表3信息交互功能实现
双向智能充放电装置4与智能电表3采用485通信,定时获取电表数据,电能计量采用双向多段计量(充、放电电量均分为4段进行计量,并对应4段电价);
(3)后台管理子***2控制功能实现
后台管理子***2与监控中心1采用以太网通信,获取监控中心1充放电指令、对时指令等信息,并将所辖区域内可用车辆电池容量、充放电状态、充放电电量等信息传送至监控中心1;
后台管理子***2根据监控中心1下发的充放电指令,根据接入车辆的信息,决策参与V2G车辆并进行功率分配。
从技术上讲,V2G可实现与电网的友好互动,是先进的通信、IT、能源、新材料、传感器等产业的集成,也是配电网技术、网络技术、通信技术、传感器技术、电力电子技术、储能技术的综合应用,是推动智能电网发展的重要组成。
含有分布式储能单元的V2G具有与大电网互补、可缓解电网供电紧张和提高电网可靠性等优点。随着技术的发展,V2G还可进一步降低电力***的投资和运营成本,超大型的电站与分散微型电站的结合可以降低在输配电线路上的投资,提高电力***运行的安全性和经济性。特别地,与众多的分布式电源相比,V2G最大的优势是,当大电网出现大面积停电事故时,V2G仍能保持正常运行,由此可提高电力***的抗灾能力。

1.一种V2G智能充放电装置,其特征在于,包括监控中心、后台管理子***、智能电表、双向智能充放电装置和充放电终端,所述的监控中心与后台管理子***连接,所述的双向智能充放电装置分别与后台管理子***、智能电表、充放电终端连接,所述的充放电终端与电动车辆连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种V2G智能充放电装置,其特征在于,所述的双向智能充放电装置包括全控三相高频整流/逆变模块和全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块,所述的全控三相高频整流/逆变模块的一端与变压器连接,另一端与全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块连接,所述的全控桥双向DC/DC变换模块与充放电终端连接。
