本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器的真空管，具体地说是一种具有排污结构的真空管。
背景技术
现有的太阳能热水器的真空管，由内管与外管构成，内管与外管之间是真空层，内管的外表面上涂有吸热涂层，内管用来作为水的流动管道。由于热水器使用的水中含有杂质，特别是在偏远山区，水中杂质的含量更高，水中杂质在真空管底部以及水箱中形成水垢。水垢长期存积在真空管内时，会影响真空管的集热效果，一般需要每年清理一次。现有结构的真空管在清理水垢时，必须将真空管卸下，从而导致硅胶密封圈受损，引起太阳能热水器漏水。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种具有排污结构的真空管，使用该结构的真空管无需卸下就可方便地清理水垢。
按照本实用新型的技术方案：一种具有排污结构的真空管，包括内管及外管，内管与外管之间构成真空层，内管的外表面上涂有吸热涂层，所述内管上设置有贯穿所述外管的排污管，所述排污管的外端设置有阀门。
所述排污管设置在所述内管的底部。
所述内管的一端开口构成管口，另一端封闭构成管底，管底的形状为圆弧形。
所述外管管底的形状为圆弧形，外管管底的中心设置有向外的凸起。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：本实用新型结构简单，排污方便，不会损伤水箱的硅胶密封圈，不会导致热水器漏水。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种具有排污结构的真空管，包括内管6及外管3，内管6与外管3之间构成真空层4，内管6的外表面上涂有吸热涂层5。内管6的一端开口构成管口，另一端封闭构成管底，管底的形状为圆弧形。外管3与内管6管口相对应的一端通过圆弧与内管6相连，其另一端为圆弧形管底，外管3管底的中心设置有向外的凸起7，该凸起7是真空管抽真空后的封头。当然，该凸起7也可以设置在外管1管底的其它位置。本实用新型在内管6上设置有贯穿外管3的排污管2，排污管2的外端设置有阀门1。
上述排污管2最好设置在内管6的底部，当然也可以设置有内管6的侧壁上。
采用上述结构的真空管在定期清理水垢时，无需将真空管卸下，只需将真空管底部的阀门1打开，让积集在内管6内的水垢排除掉，排完后只需关闭阀门1。
本实用新型结构简单，排污方便，不会损伤水箱的硅胶密封圈，不会导致热水器漏水。

1.一种具有排污结构的真空管，包括内管(6)及外管(3)，内管(6)与外管(3)之间构成真空层(4)，内管(6)的外表面上涂有吸热涂层(5)，其特征是：所述内管(6)上设置有贯穿所述外管(3)的排污管(2)，所述排污管(2)的外端设置有阀门(1)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的具有排污结构的真空管，其特征是所述排污管(2)设置在所述内管(6)的底部。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的具有排污结构的真空管，其特征是所述内管(6)的一端开口构成管口，另一端封闭构成管底，管底的形状为圆弧形。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的具有排污结构的真空管，其特征是所述外管(3)管底的形状为圆弧形，外管管底的中心设置有向外的凸起(7)。
