技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电表箱圆形电缆进线孔封堵装置,尤其适用于居民区低压电表箱圆形电缆进线电缆孔的密封。
背景技术
目前,居民区低压圆形电表箱进线电缆直径与表箱孔直径不配套,表箱孔的密封均采用橡胶垫、防火泥,因天气原因橡胶垫、防火泥脱落或者极易被破坏,窃电分子利用这一缺陷,在电表箱母线排上挂接导线进行窃电,不仅造成电量损失,而且也可能使窃电者触电。
发明内容
为了克服居民区低压电表箱圆形电缆进线电缆直径与表箱孔直径不配套这一缺陷,避免在电表箱母线排上挂接导线进行窃电,减少电量损失,杜绝窃电行为,本实用新型提供一种圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型包括上包箍和下包箍,上包箍和下包箍之间采用固定螺丝连接;所述的上包箍和下包箍内设置左电缆线槽和右电缆线槽,左电缆线槽和右电缆线槽组成内圆形槽孔。
所述的上包箍和下包箍均为半圆形。
所述的上包箍和下包箍均采用金属材料制成。
在所述上包箍和下包箍的外侧,分别设置左挡板和右挡板。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,应用分体、半圆形外形设计,以满足不停电封堵的工作需求;同时利用包箍的松紧作用,达到松开线槽和紧固线槽,从而实现不停电封堵的功能;整体配件采用金属材料或用塑料材料,包箍采用弹性极好的钢材料;实现封堵配件封堵时装取方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括上包箍7和下包箍2,上包箍7和下包箍2之间采用左固定螺丝1和右固定螺丝4连接,左、右固定螺丝用于紧固上下包箍,防止圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件脱落。上包箍7和下包箍2内设置左电缆线槽8和右电缆线槽3,左电缆线槽8和右电缆线槽3组成内圆形槽孔9。
需要说明的是,上包箍7和下包箍2均为半圆形,其内径与圆形槽孔9的外径相配合,用于紧固左右电缆线槽8,3,左右电缆线槽用于放置填充电缆,该填充电缆紧贴圆形槽孔9内的电缆。且上包箍7和下包箍2均采用金属材料制成,上述的金属可以使铜、铁、薄钢等等。
另外,还可以在上包箍7和下包箍2的外侧,分别设置左挡板5和右挡板6,左右挡板作用是封堵电缆孔缝隙,起到防止窃电目的。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
如图1所示,松开左右固定螺丝1、4,圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件分为两瓣,手持左右挡板5,6,从表箱外侧沿着进线电缆将左右电缆线槽8、3,插进表箱电缆孔,将上下包箍7、2放置在表箱内侧,左右电缆线槽8、3位于上下包箍卡槽内,然后用左右固定螺丝1、4紧固。
拆除方法与此类似。

1.一种圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件,其特征在于:它包括上包箍(7)和下包箍(2),上包箍(7)和下包箍(2)之间采用固定螺丝连接;所述的上包箍(7)和下包箍(2)内设置左电缆线槽(8)和右电缆线槽(3),左电缆线槽(8)和右电缆线槽(3)组成内圆形槽孔(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件,其特征在于:所述的上包箍(7)和下包箍(2)均为半圆形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件,其特征在于:所述的上包箍(7)和下包箍(2)均采用金属材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的圆形低压电表箱进线电缆孔封堵配件,其特征在于:在所述上包箍(7)和下包箍(2)的外侧,分别设置左挡板(5)和右挡板(6)。
