背景技术
大型风机回转支撑轴承安装在离地面运行几十米乃至一百米以上的高空设备上,要求轴承具有高承载能力和长时间的使用寿命,需保证20年的使用寿命。在轴承运行期间,密封显得尤为重要。密封的好坏直接影响轴承20年的使用寿命。然而,常规的轴承密封结构很难满足这种使用要求,常用的转盘轴承密封有很多形式,但基本为单唇密封。在外界环境恶劣的工况下,密封效果不明显,容易产生密封泄漏,密封圈易脱离等现象,即使采用改进方式:胶粘方式,也起到很有限的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种大型风机回转支撑轴承的密封结构,目的是达到密封的高可靠性,延长轴承的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种大型风机回转支撑轴承的密封结构,它是由外圈、内圈、设置在外圈和内圈之间的密封圈构成,密封圈的密封唇搭设在外圈的外径上,密封唇为复合双唇,每片唇设有两个小唇。
所述的密封圈外径上设有凸形突起,密封圈与密封槽的配合面上设有阻尼带。

如1所示,本实用新型大型风机回转支撑轴承的密封结构是由外圈1、内圈2、设置在外圈1和内圈2之间的密封圈3构成,密封圈3的密封唇4搭设在外圈1的外径上,与外圈1在径向形成过盈配合,密封唇4为复合双唇,每片唇大体细分为设有两个小唇的复合结构;密封圈3外径上设有凸形突起,密封圈3与密封槽的配合面上带有阻尼带5。同时密封双唇都为复合型双唇,即每片唇大体细分为设有两个小唇的复合结构。
为了防止外部恶劣环境如雨水、沙尘等进入轴承和防止润滑脂的泄漏,在轴承与外界接触端面均设有的密封结构:密封唇为复合双唇。为了保证密封圈3便于安装更能防止密封圈3从槽中脱落,密封圈3外径上设有凸形突起,在密封圈3与密封槽配合的面上带有阻尼带。

1.一种大型风机回转支撑轴承的密封结构,其特征在于它是由外圈(1)、内圈(2)、设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间的密封圈(3)构成,密封圈(3)的密封唇(4)搭设在外圈(1)的外径上,密封唇(4)为复合双唇,每片唇设有两个小唇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型风机回转支撑轴承的密封结构,其特征在于所述的密封圈(3)外径上设有凸形突起,密封圈(3)与密封槽的配合面上设有阻尼带(5)。
