本实用新型涉及一种安装装置,尤其涉及一种风力发电行业中偏航制动***的安装装置。
背景技术
风力发电机的偏航***由偏航轴承、偏航刹车盘、偏航刹车钳等组成,因这些元件位于风力发电机机舱的底部,因此安装定位困难、操作不方便,如果这些元件单独单个安装,就更加费时费力而且不安全,会浪费大量的时间。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题本实用新型提供一种偏航制动***的安装装置,目的是解决偏航制动***定位安装困难,操作不方便。
为达上述目的本实用新型偏航制动***的安装装置,由下述结构构成:支撑架,支撑架的端部上面设有刹车盘支撑板,在刹车盘支撑板上设有刹车盘定位销,在刹车盘支撑板的内侧设有刹车钳支撑板,在刹车钳支撑板上设有刹车钳定位销。
所述的支撑架由两根方管交叉焊接构成。
所述的在支撑架的中部上面设有吊装板。
所述的支撑架的下面设有脚轮。
所述的脚轮设在支撑架端部的下面。
所述的吊装板为两个。
本实用新型的优点效果:本实用新型结构简单,加工制造方便;安装、拆卸方便;靠轴销定位,无须调整工具;可重复使用,可靠性高;可自由移动,适应不同位置的安装;可整体式吊装,安全可靠;适应批量生产的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示本实用新型偏航制动***的安装装置,由下述结构构成:支撑架1,支撑架1由两根方管交叉焊接构成,支撑架1的端部上面设有刹车盘支撑板2,在刹车盘支撑板2上设有刹车盘定位销3,在刹车盘支撑板2的内侧设有刹车钳支撑板4,在刹车钳支撑板4上设有刹车钳定位销5,在支撑架1的中部上面设有吊装板6,吊装板6为2个;支撑架1的下面设有脚轮7,脚轮7设在支撑架1端部的下面,脚轮7为4个。
刹车盘支撑板2和刹车钳支撑板4焊接在支撑架1的上表面;刹车盘定位销3焊接在刹车盘支撑板2上,刹车钳定位销5焊接在刹车钳支撑板4的上面;在工作时用吊车吊装偏航刹车钳的下半部分,将其移动到支撑架1的上方,平放刹车钳的下半部分到刹车钳支撑板4上,并将定位孔与刹车钳定位销5配合,按同样方法吊装另外三个偏航刹车钳的下半部分;用吊车将偏航刹车盘吊至支撑架1的上方,摆好位置,放置在刹车盘支撑板2上,并将刹车盘上的定位孔与刹车盘定位销3配合定位;用吊车吊装偏航轴承,将其平放在偏航刹车盘上面,对准孔位安装螺栓固定;安装偏航刹车钳的其它附件,用吊车吊装偏航刹车钳的上半部分,与下半部分别用螺栓定位,并同样方法完成另三个偏航刹车钳的安装。人工推动偏航制动***安装装置,依靠脚轮7的移动将组装完成的整体推到机舱下部的安装位置,将吊车的吊勾勾入吊装板6的吊孔内,整体吊起,操作人员在下部扶正位置,安装定位螺栓,放下吊车,将偏航制动***安装装置放至地面,卸下吊勾,将其推至摆放位置,完成偏航制动***的安装。

1.偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于由下述结构构成:支撑架,支撑架的端部上面设有刹车盘支撑板,在刹车盘支撑板上设有刹车盘定位销,在刹车盘支撑板的内侧设有刹车钳支撑板,在刹车钳支撑板上设有刹车钳定位销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于所述的支撑架由两根方管交叉焊接构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于所述的在支撑架的中部上面设有吊装板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于所述的支撑架的下面设有脚轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于所述的脚轮设在支撑架端部的下面。
6.根据权利要求3所述的偏航制动***的安装装置,其特征在于所述的吊装板为两个。
