技术领域:
本实用新型涉及二次电池及其制造,特别是一种适用于制造袋式碱性蓄电池负极用的金属氢化物电极。
背景技术:
目前制造袋式碱性蓄电池负极用的金属氢化物电极,是在中部均布有一条微孔的镀镍钢带上,在各微孔的周边向单面设有毛刺,在制造电池负极时,将镀镍钢带向有毛刺的一面折成条状小盒并将金属氢化物粉料装入小盒内,然后将每两条状小盒孔面相对进行并条,再将若干个并条拼接成所需宽度在上表面压制固定横纹,最后经包边筋、点焊极耳。这种单面包围有金属氢化物粉的负极材料,因镀镍钢带与金属氢化物粉是包固在一起的,在包粉和充放电过程中金属氢化物粉会不断地从毛刺孔中向外落漏,降低电容和电压的稳定性,使用寿命短。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种包粉和充放电过程中金属氢化物不易脱粉和漏出,使用寿命长的单面固化有金属氢化物的一种金属氢化物电极。
本实用新型的技术方式是以如下方式解决的,它包括中部均布有微孔条的镀镍钢带,各微孔周边上向同一侧面伸出有单面毛刺,其特征在于:在有毛刺一面的镀镍钢带上固化有一层含有粘合剂的金属氢化物涂覆层。这种单面固化有金属氢化物层的一种金属氢化物电极,在后序加工和充放电过程中氢化物质粉料不会产生脱粉和漏出,具有充放电电压和电量稳定,使用寿命长的优点。

结合附图进一步描述实施例,本实用新型是对现有技术的改进,它是在中部有单面毛刺条的一面镀镍钢带1上固化有一层含有粘合剂的金属氢化物涂覆层2。含有少量粘合剂金属氢化物涂覆层以微孔周边伸出的毛刺为依托,并将毛刺覆盖在涂覆层内,具有整体坚固,不影响做为负极反应物质的性能,同时避免了在包裹等后序加工过程中和充放电过程中的脱粉,漏粉现象,保证了电池的电容,电压稳定,增长了使用寿命。
