Abstract

本实用新型公开一种锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;膨胀件呈管状,管壁的径向开有若干排导引膨胀件发生膨胀变形的膨胀孔,每排的相邻膨胀孔之间形成膨胀片,膨胀件套置在螺杆上,且里端抵在螺栓头上;螺母旋拧在螺纹段上,且抵在膨胀件的外端上。此锚栓具有良好的锚固功效,且构件少,结构简单,加工制作简单、方便。

一种锚栓
技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑锚栓的技术领域,特别涉及一种建筑锚栓。
背景技术
传统的建筑锚栓如图1所示,由螺母100、螺杆200及膨胀件300组成,螺杆200的里端具有楔形头201,膨胀件300呈管状且里端具有膨胀片301,膨胀件300套在螺杆200上,其膨胀片301抵在楔形头201上,螺母100螺套在螺杆200的外端。
安装时,将套有膨胀件300的螺杆200***钻好的墙孔中,再将外挂物挂置在螺杆200的外端,然后,将螺母100螺套在螺杆200上,通过旋拧螺母100向墙孔内推挤膨胀件300,使膨胀件300的里端膨胀片301在楔形头201的导引下胀开,紧紧抓住墙孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在墙孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
上述锚栓因为膨胀件300的膨胀片301的个数少,与墙孔的接触面小,抓紧力不足,特别是使用在空心砖体内,容易出现膨胀片301恰好处于空穴中的情形,如图1-1所示,导致锚固无效,所以,固定效果差,已逐渐被淘汰。
现有技术中,有一种锚栓如图2所示,由螺母10、螺杆20及至少二个膨胀件30组成,螺杆20具有螺纹段210和螺栓头220,螺母10旋拧在此螺纹段210上,数个膨胀件30逐一套置在螺杆20的螺纹段210上,且各膨胀件30的同一端形成数个膨胀片310,而另一端对应相邻的膨胀片310则形成楔形面320,螺母10或螺杆20对应膨胀片310也可形成楔形面。
安装时,将数个膨胀件30套置在螺杆20的螺纹段210上,并将螺母10旋在螺杆20的螺纹段210上,再将外挂物挂置在螺杆20靠螺栓头220的位置上,然后,将螺母10朝里,连同膨胀件30、螺杆20一起***预先钻好的墙孔中,旋紧螺杆20,或者将螺栓头220朝里,连同膨胀件30、螺杆20一起***预先钻好的墙孔中,旋紧螺母10,即可使膨胀片310在楔形面320的导引下胀开,紧紧抓住墙孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在墙孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
此锚栓因为膨胀件30的增加,使膨胀片310的个数倍增,与墙孔的接触面也倍增,抓紧力大大提高,所以,固定效果好,现已被广泛于建筑施工中。
但是,这种锚栓因为需要套置多个膨胀件30,且每个膨胀件30都必须形成膨胀片310和楔形面320,螺母10或螺杆20对应膨胀片310也要形成楔形面,所以,存在构件多,结构复杂,加工生产麻烦等缺点。
有鉴于此,本发明人研发出一种新型锚栓,以简化结构,减少构件,方便加工,有效锚固,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锚栓,其具有良好的锚固功效,且构件少,结构简单,加工制作简单、方便。
一种锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;膨胀件呈管状,管壁的径向开有若干排导引膨胀件发生膨胀变形的膨胀孔,每排的相邻膨胀孔之间形成膨胀片,膨胀件套置在螺杆上,且里端抵在螺栓头上;螺母旋拧在螺纹段上,且抵在膨胀件的外端上。
其中,所述膨胀件上的膨胀孔为轴向长条孔。
所述膨胀孔的两端形成利于膨胀片变形的扩口。
所述膨胀件的膨胀片上开有利于膨胀片变形的小孔。
所述膨胀件的里端延伸形成定位条,定位条弯折形成定位钩,此定位钩勾在螺杆的螺栓头上。
所述膨胀件是由一片材卷曲形成管状,片材上冲制有膨胀孔、膨胀片、小孔和定位条。
所述螺杆的螺栓头侧壁上对应膨胀件的定位条和定位钩开有定位槽,定位条和定位钩处于定位槽中。
所述螺杆的螺纹段上先套置一个垫圈再旋拧螺母。
所述螺栓头一体成型在螺杆上。
所述螺栓头与螺杆分体成型,螺栓头固定在螺杆上。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型安装时,在墙体上钻孔,将膨胀件套在螺杆上,再将螺杆的螺栓头朝里插在预先钻好的墙孔中,然后,将外挂物挂置在螺杆上,最后,将螺母旋在螺杆的螺纹段上,使膨胀件受挤在膨胀孔和膨胀片处发生变形,膨胀片向四周胀开,紧紧抓住墙孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在墙孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
本实用新型因为有数排膨胀片,使膨胀件与墙孔的接触面倍增,抓紧力大大提高,所以,固定效果好。而且,本实用新型由一个同时具有多排膨胀片的管状膨胀件代替现有技术中的多个膨胀件,构件大大减少,结构得以简化,加工生产简单、方便,特别是采用片材卷曲制成管状时,因为膨胀孔、膨胀片、小孔和定位条等都可在片材上直接冲制成型,加工制作更加容易。

具体实施方式
如图3和图4所示,是本实用新型的较佳实施例,由螺母1、螺杆2及膨胀件3组成。
螺杆2的外端具有螺纹段21而里端具有螺栓头22。螺栓头22可以是一体成型在螺杆2上,或者与螺杆2分体成型后再固定在螺杆2上。
膨胀件3呈管状,管壁的径向开有若干排导引膨胀件3发生膨胀变形的膨胀孔31,此实施例中膨胀孔31为轴向长条孔。每排的相邻膨胀孔31之间形成膨胀片32,为了利于膨胀片32变形,膨胀片32上还开有小孔33,而且,膨胀孔31的两端还形成扩口36。膨胀件3套置在螺杆2上,且里端抵在螺栓头22上。为了使膨胀件3受挤压后能够迅速膨胀,避免膨胀件3与螺杆2相对转动,膨胀件3的里端还延伸形成定位条34,定位条34弯折形成定位钩35,此定位钩35勾在螺杆2的螺栓头22上。并且,此实施例在螺杆2的螺栓头22侧壁上对应膨胀件3的定位条34和定位钩35开有定位槽23,定位条34和定位钩35处于定位槽23中,使膨胀件3的里端与螺杆2的螺栓头22固定,膨胀效果更好。为了方便加工制作,如图5所示,此实施例的膨胀件3是由一片材卷曲形成管状,片材上冲制有膨胀孔31、膨胀片32、小孔33和定位条34。
螺母1旋拧在螺杆2的螺纹段21上,且抵在膨胀件3的外端上。为了组装更可靠,此实施例在螺纹段21上先套置一个垫圈4再旋拧螺母1。
本实用新型安装时,在墙体上钻孔,先将膨胀件3套在螺杆2上,再将螺杆2的螺栓头22朝里插在预先钻好的墙孔中,然后,将外挂物挂置在螺杆2上,将垫圈4套置在螺杆2上,最后,将螺母1旋在螺杆2的螺纹段21上。旋紧螺杆2,膨胀件3受挤压,在膨胀孔31的两端产生变形,若干排膨胀片32一齐向外撑开,特别是在小孔33和扩口36的引导下迅速膨胀,膨胀片32向四周胀开,紧紧抓住墙孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在墙孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
再如图6所示,本实用新型若运用于空心砖体时,各排膨胀片32一齐撑开后,总有部分膨胀片32会落在空穴之外,这样,借助这部分膨胀片32与空心砖体的实体部分有效接触,可以确保本实用新型在空心砖体内锚固的有效性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;其特征在于:膨胀件呈管状,管壁的径向开有若干排导引膨胀件发生膨胀变形的膨胀孔,每排的相邻膨胀孔之间形成膨胀片,膨胀件套置在螺杆上,且里端抵在螺栓头上;螺母旋拧在螺纹段上,且抵在膨胀件的外端上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述膨胀件上的膨胀孔为轴向长条孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述膨胀孔的两端形成利于膨胀片变形的扩口。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述膨胀件的膨胀片上开有利于膨胀片变形的小孔。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述膨胀件的里端延伸形成定位条,定位条弯折形成定位钩,此定位钩勾在螺杆的螺栓头上。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述膨胀件是由一片材卷曲形成管状,片材上冲制有膨胀孔、膨胀片、小孔和定位条。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述螺杆的螺栓头侧壁上对应膨胀件的定位条和定位钩开有定位槽,定位条和定位钩处于定位槽中。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述螺杆的螺纹段上先套置一个垫圈再旋拧螺母。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓头一体成型在螺杆上。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种锚栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓头与螺杆分体成型,螺栓头固定在螺杆上。
