本实用新型涉及煤矿井下瓦斯抽放管路。
背景技术
目前用的煤矿瓦斯抽放管路放水器,没有排渣功能,在抽放过程中吸入大量岩粉或煤粉后很容易造成放水器堵塞,致使抽放管路积水,降低了抽放效果,影响了正常生产。
发明内容
为解决瓦斯抽放管路排渣问题,本实用新型提供一种安设在抽放管路上的排渣器,将抽放管路的煤岩粉块通过排渣器时受重力作用自动沉降至排渣器中。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:它是一个底部漏斗状的容器,漏斗的底口上设有堵头,容器两端分别焊接有与矿井抽放管路直径相同的法兰盘。
为了排渣放水时正常抽放,排渣放水器两端可分别安设一个蝶形闸阀,两蝶形闸阀用绕道管路连通。
本实用新型的优点是:使用时,将排渣放水器下端排渣口用快速堵头封堵,两端法兰盘与瓦斯抽放管路连接。正常抽放时蝶形闸阀及绕道管路全部处于开启状态;排渣放水时将排渣器两端的蝶形闸阀关闭,打开排渣口的堵头即可排渣。此时抽放管路内的瓦斯保持正常抽放,避免了停泵排渣,解决了瓦斯抽放管路放水器的排渣问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型排渣放水器包括一个底部漏斗状的容器1,漏斗的底口上设有堵头2,容器1两侧分别焊接有与矿井抽放管路直径相同的法兰盘3。为了排渣放水时正常抽放,在排渣放水器两端分别安设一个蝶形闸阀4,两蝶形闸阀4用绕道管路5连通。

1.一种瓦斯抽放管路排渣放水器,其特征在于,它是一个底部漏斗状的容器,漏斗的底口上设有堵头,容器两端分别焊接有与矿井抽放管路直径相同的法兰盘。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓦斯抽放管路排渣放水器,其特征在于,在排渣放水器两端分别安设一个蝶形闸阀,两蝶形闸阀用绕道管路连通。
