本实用新型涉及一种电力设施配件,尤其是一种在10千伏耐压、摇测绝缘类试验中临时连接试验导线的抽插式线夹。
背景技术
目前,在10千伏耐压、摇测绝缘等试验作业中,试验导线一般采用鳄鱼夹、钳型夹或直接将导线缠绕连接的方式,其中鳄鱼夹、钳型夹需要用螺丝固定导线或将导线焊接在其上,如果现场需要加工则费时费力,而直接将导线缠绕连接则容易漏电,需要外包胶布,仍然比较麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抽插式线夹,该线夹不仅能在10千伏耐压、摇测绝缘等试验作业中有效连接试验导线,而且连接方便,操作灵活,省时省力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该抽插式线夹包括弹簧片,皮壳,喇叭口型环形金属片,固定圈,所述的皮壳为一个绝缘软质套筒,所述的喇叭口型环形金属片设置在所述皮壳中,其两端为喇叭口型,由两瓣对称的半环形金属片组成,中间留有缝隙,所述的固定圈为软质,固定在所述皮壳中央,并将所述喇叭口型环形金属片固定,所述的弹簧片穿过所述固定圈并在固定圈两边将所述喇叭口型环形金属片压紧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:作业时,对于硬导线的连接,只需直接将导线***皮壳内部两端的喇叭口,便完成连接,对于软导线的连接,只需用手指压紧皮壳中央,则弹簧片两端往上翘起,皮壳内部两端的喇叭口张开,将导线塞入后放开皮壳便可完成连接,该抽插式线夹不仅能在10千伏耐压、摇测绝缘等试验作业中有效连接试验导线,而且连接方便,操作灵活,省时省力。

在图1、图2所示实施例中,该抽插式线夹包括弹簧片1,皮壳2,喇叭口型环形金属片3,固定圈4,所述的皮壳2为一个绝缘软质套筒,所述的喇叭口型环形金属片3设置在所述皮壳2中,其两端为喇叭口型,由两瓣对称的半环形金属片组成,中间留有缝隙,所述的固定圈4为软质,固定在所述皮壳2中央,并将所述喇叭口型环形金属片3固定,所述的弹簧片1穿过所述固定圈4并在固定圈4两边将所述喇叭口型环形金属片3压紧。

1.一种抽插式线夹,包括弹簧片(1),皮壳(2),喇叭口型环形金属片(3),固定圈(4),其特征在于:所述的皮壳(2)为一个绝缘软质套筒,所述的喇叭口型环形金属片(3)设置在所述皮壳(2)中,其两端为喇叭口型,由两瓣对称的半环形金属片组成,中间留有缝隙,所述的固定圈(4)为软质,固定在所述皮壳(2)中央,并将所述喇叭口型环形金属片(3)固定,所述的弹簧片(1)穿过所述固定圈(4)并在固定圈(4)两边将所述喇叭口型环形金属片(3)压紧。
