本实用新型涉及一种直流无极灯,更具体地说是由蓄电池供电,以无灯丝灯泡发光的照明装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的太阳能照明***中的照明光源主要使用直流荧光灯、低压钠灯、LED灯等传统光源,存在有寿命短、光效低、显色性差、与灯具匹配性差等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种具有宽电压范围、恒功率、高效率、使用寿命长的太阳能照明***用直流无极灯。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型太阳能照明***用无极灯的结构特点是由蓄电池组供电,集成设置由防反接极性保护电路、DC-DC升压电路和高频振震电路构成的电源电路,以所述电源电路为耦合器无极灯泡提供工作电源。
本实用新型太阳能照明***用无极灯的结构特点也在于由串联设置在电源输入回路中的二极管D1构成的防反接极性保护电路;采用集成块MC33262,并设置由变压器T1、开关管Q1、续流二极管D6、滤波电容C6和***电阻电容组成所述DC-DC升压电路;所述高频振震电路是由MOSFET驱动Q2,Q3,产生2-3兆赫兹的高频振荡源,再经过输出电抗器T2、谐振电容C10、C11和耦合器电感线圈构成的匹配网络,将大功率高频电场感应至无极灯泡。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型具有宽电压范围(DC20-60V);
2、本实用新型具有可靠的输入极性反接保护电路;
3、本实用新型为恒功率,在工作电压范围内功率基本恒定,可以在输入电压变化的条件下保持恒定的负载功率,避免电压增高功率变大,电压降低功率减小的问题。
4、本实用新型高效率,其内置DC-DC升压电路的转换效率>92%;
5、本实用新型使用寿命长,由于没有灯丝和电极,使用寿命>6万小时,在整个太阳能照明***的使用寿命周期内无须维护;
6、本实用新型显色性>85,高光效>62Lm/W,***光效>62Lm/W,在照度和光衰减等各项指标均优于传统照明光源。

参见图1,本实施例中的太阳能照明***是由蓄电池组供电,集成设置由防反接极性保护电路、DC-DC升压电路和高频振震电路构成的电源电路,以所述电源电路为耦合器无极灯泡提供工作电源。
参见图2,本实施例中,利用二极管的单向导电特性,由串联设置在电源输入回路中的二极管D1构成的防反接极性保护电路;采用集成块MC33262,并设置由变压器T1、开关管Q1、续流二极管D6、滤波电容C6和***电阻电容组成的DC-DC升压电路,该升压电路将输入接口中接入的DC20V-60V直流电升压逆变为约200V的稳定直流电供给后续高频振震电路;高频振震电路是由MOSFET驱动Q2、Q3,产生2-3兆赫兹的高频振荡源,再经过输出电抗器T2、谐振电容C10、C11和耦合器电感线圈构成的匹配网络,将大功率高频电场感应在无极灯泡上,使灯泡内惰性气体和汞蒸气电离产生253nm紫外线,激发无极灯泡内壁涂覆的三基色荧光粉发出可见光。

1.太阳能照明***用直流无极灯,其特征是:
由蓄电池组供电,集成设置由防反接极性保护电路、DC-DC升压电路和高频振震电路构成的电源电路,以所述电源电路为耦合器无极灯泡提供工作电源;
由串联设置在电源输入回路中的二极管D1构成的防反接极性保护电路;采用集成块MC33262,并设置由变压器T1、开关管Q1、续流二极管D6、滤波电容C6和***电阻电容组成所述DC-DC升压电路;所述高频振震电路是由MOSFET驱动Q2,Q3,产生2-3兆赫兹的高频振荡源,再经过输出电抗器T2、谐振电容C10、C11和耦合器电感线圈构成的匹配网络,将大功率高频电场感应至无极灯泡。
