本实用新型涉及减速器的密封结构,具体地说是一种行星齿轮减速器上的组合密封结构。
背景技术
现有的履带式行走设备上所采用的一种行星齿轮减速器中,仅在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝内侧设有一道密封装置,该道密封装置由密封环和密封圈组成,密封圈套在密封环上,且两者浮动设置在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝内侧。由于履带式行走设备通常的工作环境相对比较恶劣,上述这种行星轮减速器的密封结构在使用中存在的问题是:工作现场的灰尘和泥水容易从轴承座外端与马达座之间的接缝处进入到马达座内,进而容易加速密封环及密封圈的损坏,一旦密封环及密封圈遭到损坏,灰尘和泥水进入到减速器内部,则会加速其内部零部件的损坏。因此,上述现有的行星轮减速器的密封结构存在着密封性不佳、使用寿命短的不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种行星齿轮减速器组合密封结构,该组合密封结构的密封性好。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:行星齿轮减速器组合密封结构,齿圈的前端联接有轴承座,马达座伸入到轴承座及齿圈内,马达座与轴承座转动配合,在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝内侧设有密封环,密封环上套有密封圈,在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝外侧装有防尘密封圈。
由上述方案可见,本实用新型在轴承座与马达座之间对接的接缝内侧及外侧均设有一道密封装置,这样大大增强了两者间接缝处的密封性,确保工作中灰尘和泥水不易进入。
本实用新型结构合理、可靠,它的密封性好、使用寿命长。

本实用新型提供的行星齿轮减速器组合密封结构中,齿圈1的前端联接有轴承座2,马达座6伸入到轴承座2及齿圈1内。马达座与轴承座转动配合的方式为:在马达座6与轴承座2之间装有滚动轴承7,滚动轴承7的外圈、内圈分别与轴承座2、马达座6配合。在轴承座2的外端与马达座6之间对接的接缝内侧设有密封环5,密封环上套有密封圈4。在轴承座2的外端与马达6座之间对接的接缝外侧装有防尘密封圈3。
由附图可见,在马达座6外侧靠近轴承座2外端的部位开有环形台阶6a,防尘密封圈3紧箍在该环形台阶6a上,防尘密封圈3的外侧开有“V”字形凹槽3a。防尘密封圈3的材质为丁腈橡胶。

1.行星齿轮减速器组合密封结构,齿圈的前端联接有轴承座,马达座伸入到轴承座及齿圈内,马达座与轴承座转动配合,在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝内侧设有密封环,密封环上套有密封圈,其特征在于:在轴承座的外端与马达座之间对接的接缝外侧装有防尘密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮减速器组合密封结构,其特征在于:在马达座外侧靠近轴承座外端的部位开有环形台阶,防尘密封圈紧箍在该环形台阶上,防尘密封圈的外侧开有“V”字形凹槽。
