本实用新型涉及一种四季型太阳能沼气发生器,包括桶体和保温层,桶体上部设有进料口,中部设有出料口及沼气出气口,所述桶体由分别加有密封盖的内、外桶及置于内、外桶中间的保温层构成,所述内桶内设有盘式散热管道,所述内桶外壁与保温层之间设有循环水箱,循环水箱通过桶体上设置的进、出水口与太阳能真空集热管及储水箱连通,所述散热管道两端口与循环水箱连接。有益效果:采用高密度发泡使桶内的沼气原料保持恒温,一年四季均匀产气。太阳能真空集热管吸收的大量热量通过水循环使沼气原料的温度快速升高达到产气所需的温度条件,产气快、产气量大,使粪便的能量全部释放出来转化成沼气,达到粪便的最大利用价值;设置排异物口可以将异物如石块、泥土排出;一机多用,可以做饭、采暖、照明,热水可以洗澡。

技术领域
本实用新型属于沼气发生装置,尤其涉及一种适用于一年四季使用的四季型太阳能沼气发生器。
背景技术
沼气是一种清洁型能源,沼气的使用能减少由于燃烧农作物:秸杆、树木枝叶或燃煤、燃油对环境造成的危害。沼气是我国农村及部分乡镇普遍使用的一种能源,以其环保节能、改善生活环境,保证农民增收等优点受到积极推广与使用。一般的沼气发生装置为沼气池,即在地下挖一空池作为沼气池或用水泥砌成,其缺点一是沼气发酵发应慢,特别在北方寒冷地区,产气量小,影响使用;二是密封度差、气压低、维修费用高、使用寿命短,存在漏气、漏水等现象,对人畜造危害。专利号200720156232.5公开一种沼气发生器,采用玻璃钢池体的水压式沼气发生器,包括玻璃钢桶体和保温层,所述的玻璃钢桶体上部设置有进料口,下部一侧设置有出料口,在进料口上方设置有与进料口形状相应的盖板,盖板上设置有出气导管,盖板与进料口为密封连接,沿进料口外测设置有水槽将进料口环绕,该水槽高度高于盖板,玻璃钢桶体外侧设置有保温层,保温层外侧设置有保温架,该保温架将玻璃钢桶体及保温层包围。该装置结构复杂,制造成本高,不利于推广。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种四季型太阳能沼气发生器,采用太阳能真空集热管吸收大量热量通过水循环使沼气原料的温度快速升高达到产气温度,使其具有产气快、产气量大的特点,使粪便的能量全部释放出来转化成沼气,从而达到粪便的充分利用。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种四季型太阳能沼气发生器,包括桶体和保温层,桶体上部设有进料口,中部设有出料口及沼气出气口,所述桶体由分别加有密封盖的内、外桶及置于内、外桶中间的保温层构成,所述内桶内设有散热管道,所述内桶外壁与保温层之间设有循环水箱,循环水箱通过桶体上设置的进、出水口与太阳能真空集热管及储水箱连通,所述散热管道两端口与循环水箱连接。
所述桶体接近罐底的顶部设有进料口、桶体中部侧壁上设有出料口,下部侧壁上设有排异物口。
有益效果:采用高密度发泡使桶内的沼气原料保持恒温,一年四季均匀产气,内桶盖采用耐腐蚀的耐酸碱的玻璃钢材料,太阳能真空管采用三高太阳能真空集热管,吸收热量高。热水通过循环水箱的传导到散热管道,采用耐腐蚀的管道,太阳能真空集热管吸收的大量热量通过水循环使沼气原料的温度快速升高达到产气所需的温度条件,产气快、产气量大,使粪便的能量全部释放出来转化成沼气,达到粪便的最大利用价值;设置排异物口可以将异物如石块、泥土排出;一机多用,可以做饭、采暖、照明,热水可以洗澡。

详见附图,一种四季型太阳能沼气发生器,包括桶体和保温层,桶体上部设有进料口,中部设有出料口及沼气出气口,所述桶体由分别加有密封盖4、5的内、外桶3、1及置于内、外桶中间的保温层2构成,所述内桶内设有盘式散热管道6,所述内桶外壁与保温层之间设有循环水箱7,循环水箱通过桶体上设置的进、出水口15、16与太阳能真空集热管8及储水箱17连通,所述散热管道两端口与循环水箱连接。循环水箱制成长方体形成紧贴在内桶外壁。所述桶体接近罐底的顶部设有进料口10、桶体中部侧壁上设有出料口11,下部侧壁上设有排异物口12。
工作原理:外桶、桶盖采用不锈钢材料,耐腐蚀不生锈,保温层采用高密度发泡使桶内的沼气原料保持恒温,一年四季均匀产气;内桶、内桶盖采用耐腐蚀的耐酸碱的玻璃钢材料;太阳能真空管采用三高太阳能真空集热管,吸收热量高。热水通过循环水箱的传导到散热管道,采用耐腐蚀的管道,太阳能真空集热管吸收的大量热量通过水循环使沼气原料的温度快速升高达到产气所需的温度条件指示,致使装置产气快、产气量大,使粪便的能量全部释放出来转化成沼气,从而达到粪便的最大利用价值。进料口、出料口循环进出料;排异物口将异物如石块泥土从此口排出。温度表13测量沼气桶体内的温度。沼气出口14通过沼气气压表9与沼气灶或沼气灯(图中未示)连接,热水出口、冷水进口分别与储水箱17及淋浴器连接(图中未示)。

2.根据权利要求1所述的四季型太阳能沼气发生器,其特征是:所述桶体接近桶底的顶部设有进料口、桶体中部侧壁上设有出料口,下部侧壁上设有排异物口。
