本实用新型涉及供热采暖***的部件，具体涉及一种恒温混水阀活塞。 
技术背景
恒温混水阀作为家庭供热采暖***的重要部分，已经被广泛应用于人们的日常生活中，并且随着社会的不断进步以及人们生活水平的不断提高，对恒温混水阀满足舒适安全的水需求不断提高。 
现有大多家居住宅中，都要求安装有能够实现恒定水温功能的恒温混水阀，该项规定已逐步被很多的国家列如法律条文做出规定；如图1所示，为一种常用的家庭供热采暖***用恒温混水阀，其包括热水通道1、冷水通道2、混水阀活塞3，热水、冷水分别通过热水通道1和冷水通道2，在经由混水阀活塞3进行混合，经由出水口流出的水则是适合使用的温度。 
如图2所示，上述混水阀活塞3为直桶型，当在冷水压力变化到热水压力的1.5倍时，冷水高压会阻碍热水流入到阀腔内，至使输出混水温度很难达到使用要求，这使得恒温混水阀的生产难于稳定，其生产成本较高。 
综上所述，开发一种使用稳定，成本较低的恒温混水阀活塞已经成为业内关注的焦点问题。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在于，提供一种恒温混水阀活塞，其使用稳定，生产成本低。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案： 
一种恒温混水阀活塞，包括外部套筒、内部套筒、轴向挡板，所述内部套筒安装在所述外部套筒内，所述轴向挡板连接在所述外部套筒的内壁与所述内部套筒的外壁之间，该恒温混水阀活塞还包括设置于所述外部套筒的内壁与所述内部套筒的外壁之间的横向隔板。 
上述技术方案，还可以采用如下技术手段进行优化设计： 
所述横向隔板连接于所述轴向挡板的端部，其与所述外部套筒内壁密闭连接，与所述内部套筒外壁之间具有一开口。 
所述外部套筒、内部套筒均为管状，其二者轴向中心线重合。 
所述外部套筒与所述横向隔板一体成型。 
本实用新型所阐述的恒温混水阀活塞，其有益效果在于，在直桶型活塞的下部增加一隔板，当冷水压力大于热水压力时，由于隔板的阻力，使冷水进活塞后需拐弯流动，从而给予热水进入的空间，即使是较低压的热水源也可以进到阀腔内与冷水混合，以实现出水温度恒定；同时本实用新型结构简单、制作方便、成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面，结合附图以及具体实施方式，对本实用新型作进一步描述： 
如图3所示，为本实用新型的一种恒温混水阀活塞，其包括外部套管4、内部套管5、多个轴向挡板6，其中，外部套管4与内部套管5均为圆柱形的管状结构，内部套管5位于外部套管4内，其二者的轴向中心线重合；多个轴向挡板6安装于外部套管4的内壁与内部套管5的外壁之间，将外部套管4与内部套管5之间的区域分隔为多个通道；在相邻两个轴向挡板6的下端垂直于其设置有横向隔板7，横向隔板7的外侧边缘与外部套管4的内壁密闭连接，其内侧边缘与内部套管5的外壁之间具有一个开口。 
上述恒温混水阀活塞在使用过程中，冷水、热水分别从由轴向挡板6分隔的多个通道进入，当冷水压力过大时，由于横向隔板7的阻碍作用，使得冷水进入该恒温混水阀活塞后，具有一个局部的回流，对冷水的进入起到一定的阻碍作用，如此，可给予热水进入的空间，较低压的热水也可以进入该恒温混水阀活塞与冷水混合，实现水温恒定的目的。 
上述外部套管4还可以通过铸造的方式与横向隔板7一体成型，从而简化其生产工艺，节约成本。

1.一种恒温混水阀活塞，包括外部套筒、内部套筒、轴向挡板，所述内部套筒安装在所述外部套筒内，所述轴向挡板连接在所述外部套筒的内壁与所述内部套筒的外壁之间，其特征在于，该恒温混水阀活塞还包括设置于所述外部套筒的内壁与所述内部套筒的外壁之间的横向隔板。
2.如权利要求1所述的恒温混水阀活塞，其特征在于，所述横向隔板连接于所述轴向挡板的端部，其与所述外部套筒内壁密闭连接，与所述内部套筒外壁之间具有一开口。
3.如权利要求1所述的恒温混水阀活塞，其特征在于，所述外部套筒、内部套筒均为管状，其二者轴向中心线重合。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的恒温混水阀活塞，其特征在于，所述外部套筒与所述横向隔板一体成型。
