Abstract

本实用新型公开一种连接器固定框架，其框架主体由两半框组成，两半框之间设有开合装置，所述的开合装置由两半框接合处设置的配合卡位的卡制部和一弹簧组成，该弹簧抵顶于所述的两半框卡制部之间。至少一半框上还固定有一抵顶限制所述卡制部及弹簧移位的接地插针。本实用新型改变了现有技术中通过一铰链翻转固定框的两半框来实现连接器拆装的技术方案。本实用新型是由一弹簧装置来实现两半框的打开和自锁功能的，徒手就可实现简易的安装，且无需其它配件来配合固定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定装置，尤其指一种用来将连接器安装在固定物上的固定框架。
背景技术
目前公开的连接器固定框架可参见中国专利文献1998年8月16日公开的CN 1191400A的“固定框架”，该专利申请日是1998年2月20日，专利号为98105325.4。该专利产品存在产品自成体系，无法兼容的现象，由于应用场合的多样性，不同厂商的模块产品的功能略有不同，各具特色，常让客户无法选择最佳方案，如接线方式等特性不能很好适用于某些场合的现象，如大电流产品的螺丝连接方式不为用户所接受，特别是振动的场合；除此之外还存在安装不便，对模具的设计及制作要求也极高的缺点。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种结构新型的连接器固定框架。该连接器固定框架兼容性更强，安装更便利、精准。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案为：
连接器固定框架，其框架主体由两半框组成，两半框之间设有开合装置，所述的开合装置由两半框接合处设置的配合卡位的卡制部和一弹簧组成，该弹簧抵顶于所述的两半框卡制部之间。
至少一半框上还固定有一抵顶限制所述卡制部及弹簧移位的接地插针。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：
本实用新型改变了现有技术中通过一铰链翻转固定框的两半框来实现连接器拆装的技术方案。本实用新型是由一弹簧装置来实现两半框的打开和自锁功能的，徒手就可实现简易的安装，且无需其它配件来配合固定。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本实用新型。
如图1、2所示的连接器固定框架，其框架主体由两半框1、2组成，两半框之间通过一弹簧结构的开合装置来实现两半框1、2的打开和自锁。所述的开合装置由两半框1、2接合处设置的配合卡位的挂钩5，和一抵顶于两卡钩5之间的弹簧6组成。所述的卡钩至少于一侧面设有防止弹簧掉出的挡壁。另于一半框上插设有一抵顶限制挂钩5和弹簧6移位的接地插针4。所述的接地插针4也可同时插设于两半框1、2上。
如图3所示，当连接器8的卡紧钩82顺着两半框1、2的导向斜坡7***，弹簧6受力压缩并撑开两半框1、2，继续推下连接器8，直至连接器8上的凸台81在弹簧6的作用下嵌入并定位于两半框1、2的卡位槽3，连接器8上的卡紧钩82抵顶于两半框1、2的底边，两半框1、2实现自锁。装下一个连接器时类似操作。卡位槽3保证了在安装过程中，不会出现连接器8向下移位而导致两半框1、2不能在弹簧6的作用下归位的问题。

Claims (4)

1.连接器固定框架，其框架主体由两半框组成，两半框之间设有开合装置，其特征在于：所述的开合装置由两半框接合处设置的配合卡位的卡制部和一弹簧组成，该弹簧抵顶于所述的两半框卡制部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器固定框架，其特征在于：至少一半框上还固定有一抵顶限制所述卡制部及弹簧移位的接地插针。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连接器固定框架，其特征在于：两半框接合处设置的配合卡位的卡制部为挂钩，弹簧抵顶于两卡钩之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接器固定框架，其特征在于：所述的挂钩至少于一侧面设有防止弹簧掉出的挡壁。
