Abstract
一种四点接触球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、钢球和保持器,其中内圈为单一完整的内圈,外圈的内面和内圈的外面各有一条环形滚道槽,滚道槽截面为两条对称的圆弧线构成,每条圆弧线的半径(r2)等于钢球的半径(r1)的1.1-1.3倍,圆弧线和钢球的切点与钢球球心连线和垂线的夹角(a)在20-35°之间。本实用新型四点接触球轴承,方便了客户安装,也简化内圈加工过程,大大提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及机械技术,特别涉及一种四点接触球轴承。
背景技术
四点接触球轴承是一种常见的轴承,广泛使用。原来的四点接触球轴承结构中采用双半内圈(见图2),在安装的过程中,内部容易混入杂物,轴承的轴向游隙以及回转因此受到影响,大大影响了轴承的寿命。另外在加工过程中,原来的双半内圈两平均接触直径和单一平面平均内径均有相互差,加工难度比较大。
实用新型内容
为提高四点接触球轴承的使用寿命,本实用新型提供一种单内圈的四点接触球轴承。
本实用新型四点接触球轴承,包括外圈、钢球和保持器,其中:所述内圈为单一完整的内圈。
本实用新型四点接触球轴承,其中:所述外圈的内面和内圈的外面各有一条环形滚道槽。
本实用新型四点接触球轴承,其中:所述滚道槽截面为两条对称的圆弧线(5)构成,每条圆弧线的半径r2等于钢球的半径r1的1.1-1.3倍,圆弧线和钢球的切点与钢球球心连线和垂线的夹角a在20-35°之间。
本实用新型四点接触球轴承,方便了客户安装,也简化内圈加工过程,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型四点接触球轴承作更详尽的说明。
图1是本实施例四点接触球轴承的示意图。
为某顾客提供的四点接触球轴承其原结构见图2,安装精度较高且不变,双半内圈在安装的过程中,内部容易混入杂物,轴承的轴向游隙以及回转因此受到影响,大大影响了轴承的寿命。为此我们在不改变其主要技术要求的情况下,将内圈2改为整体内圈(见图1),且保持原有产品的性能不变。另外在加工过程中,原来的双半内圈两平均接触直径和单一平面平均内径均有相互差,改变后的内圈弥补了这些不足。
外圈1的内面和内圈2的外面各有一条环形滚道槽,滚道槽截面为两条对称的圆弧线5构成(见图2),每条圆弧线5的半径r2等于钢球3半径r1的1.1-1.3倍。
钢球3安装在滚道槽中,有支撑架4固定钢球3之间的距离;圆弧线5和钢球3的切点与钢球球心连线和垂线的夹角a在20-35°之间,保持四点接触球轴承钢球3和一条滚道槽只有两点接触的特点。

1.一种四点接触球轴承,包括外圈(1)、钢球(3)和保持器(4),其特征在于:所述内圈(2)为单一完整的内圈(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四点接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)的内面和内圈(2)的外面各有一条环形滚道槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的四点接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述滚道槽截面为两条对称的圆弧线构成,每条圆弧线的半径(r2)等于钢球(3)的半径(r1)的1.1-1.3倍,圆弧线和钢球的切点与钢球球心连线和垂线的夹角(a)在20-35°之间。
