背景技术
行列式制瓶机在生产输液瓶等大规格制品时,瓶口部分易出现裂纹、螺纹缺损、缺沿、缺口等问题,严重影响产品的质量,经技术人员反复检验,发现是因为成型口模部分成型温度偏高所致。

本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术制瓶机口模机构由于口模部分成型温度偏高,造成生产大规格制品时瓶口易出现裂纹、螺纹缺损、缺沿、缺口等问题,严重影响产品质量的缺陷,提供一种口模部分成型温度正常的制瓶机口模机构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
即一种制瓶机口模机构,包括口模和初模,口模安装在初模上,其特征在于口模与初模之间缠绕有水冷降温管组。
水冷降温管组包括2~6根水冷管组成。
本实用新型具有结构简单,成本低,稳定、安全的优点。本实用新型将原有口模适当延长,在口模和初模之间增设水冷降温管组,有效的解决了口模温度偏高的缺陷,提高了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
如附图所示:口模1较原有技术有所延长,一般延长10cm左右即可,在口模1和初模3之间缠绕水冷降温管组2。
本实用新型使用时,当口模1温度偏高时,通过在水冷降温管组2灌入冷水,对口模1进行降温,当口模1的温度符合要求时,即可按照现有技术的工艺来生产产品。
