一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，消除了在搬运过程中由于玻璃板表面产生静电而吸附灰尘的问题，采用的技术方案是，一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，与机器人手臂配合搬运玻璃板，搬运装置的结构中包括带有升降机构和翻转机构的框架、以及玻璃吸附机构，在搬运装置中设置有通过放电将周围空气发生电离的非接触式静电消除器，静电消除器借助安装支架定位在框架上。本实用新型的优点是改变了传统的平板玻璃的简单搬运方式，在与原设备尺寸相同的情况下增加了消除平板玻璃在前工序中附带静电并防止再次吸附灰尘的功能，有效的降低了设备的成本，极大的减少了因占用平面空间而造成的洁净间运营成本的提高。

技术领域
本实用新型属于平板玻璃制造领域，涉及到将平板玻璃搬运至包装架中使用的搬运装置，特别是一种带静电消除功能的显示器用的平板玻璃的搬运装置。
背景技术
随着电子工业的飞速发展，液晶显示和等离子显示技术得到了进一步的发展，液晶电视、显示器和等离子电视、显示器迅速得到了普及，随之而来的是该产业竞争的白热化，该产业的所有上下游厂家都在竭力降低投资成本和生产运营成本，从而使产品更具有竞争优势。而玻璃基板作为该产业的龙头，首当其冲应该顺应形势的发展，压缩玻璃基板生产设备的成本和玻璃基板生产的运营成本。传统的平板玻璃搬运装置只进行单一的搬运，需要在生产线上采用单独的设备进行消除平板玻璃在前工序中附带的静电，增加了平板玻璃生产厂商在生产设备上的投资，同时单独的设备占用生产线空间，对运营成本较高的洁净间来讲，将造成大量的资源浪费现象，导致生产成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了消除在搬运过程中由于玻璃板表面产生静电而吸附的灰尘的技术问题，设计了一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，在搬运过程中通过静电消除器和风机消除静电，产生二次灰尘。
本实用新型为实现发明目的采用的技术方案是，一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，与机器人手臂配合搬运玻璃板，搬运装置的结构中包括带有升降机构和翻转机构的框架、以及玻璃吸附机构，在搬运装置中设置有通过放电将周围空气发生电离的非接触式静电消除器，静电消除器借助安装支架定位在框架上。
本实用新型采用了在搬运装置的框架上设置静电消除器的结构，静电消除器通过电晕放电使其放电部位的空气发生电离，并产生带电离子，通过高压气流将带电离子输送到平板玻璃表面，清除灰尘的同时中和平板玻璃表面附带的静电并防止再次吸附灰尘。
本实用新型的有益效果是改变了传统的平板玻璃的简单搬运方式，将平板玻璃的搬运过程和消除平板玻璃在前工序中附带静电的装置整合到一起，在与原设备尺寸相同的情况下增加了消除平板玻璃在前工序中附带静电并防止再次吸附灰尘的功能，有效的降低了设备的成本，极大的减少了因占用平面空间而造成的洁净间运营成本的提高。

具体实施方式
参看图1和图2，一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，与机器人手臂配合搬运玻璃板，搬运装置的结构中包括带有升降机构和翻转机构的框架1、以及玻璃吸附机构2，在搬运装置中设置有通过放电将周围空气发生电离的非接触式静电消除器3，静电消除器3借助安装支架4定位在框架1上。本实用新型采用了在搬运装置的框架上设置静电消除器3的结构，静电消除器3通过安装支架4与搬运装置定位在一起，和搬运装置一起运动。静电消除器3通过电晕放电使其放电部位的空气发生电离，并产生带电离子，通过高压气流将带电离子输送到平板玻璃表面，清除灰尘的同时中和平板玻璃表面附带的静电并防止再次吸附灰尘。
为了达到更好的消除静电的效果，上述的静电消除器3的放电头指向与玻璃吸附机构2的承载面平行。
在安装支架4上还设置有将空气电离出的离子输送到玻璃板表面的高压风机。利用高压风机对带点离子的吹动，形成一条带电气流，通过带电气流与玻璃表面的离子中和实现消除静电的目的。
本实用新型具体的工作过程是：机器人手臂及搬运装置在平板玻璃自动生产线末端，搬运装置中玻璃吸附机构2的承载面与生产线平齐，当平板玻璃在传送带的输送下到达玻璃吸附机构2的承载面规定位置时，控制***发控制信号玻璃吸附机构2上的真空吸附元器件动作，将平板玻璃牢固的吸附在承载面上，机器人手臂动作将平板玻璃从传动带上举起，并进行翻转，放置到规定的包装架上。同时控制***启动静电消除器3，静电消除器3向平板玻璃表面喷射带电离子的高压气流，由气流中的电离子中和平板玻璃表面携带的静电，从而达到去除静电的目的。在消除静电的同时，高压气流可以将附着在平板玻璃表面的灰尘吹走。在搬运装置到达规定的包装架前，控制***停止高压气流的喷射，并放置平板玻璃，然后回到初始位置进行下一次动作。

1.一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，与机器人手臂配合搬运玻璃板，搬运装置的结构中包括带有升降机构和翻转机构的框架(1)、以及玻璃吸附机构(2)，其特征在于：在搬运装置中设置有通过放电将周围空气发生电离的非接触式静电消除器(3)，静电消除器(3)借助安装支架(4)定位在框架(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，其特征在于：所述的静电消除器(3)的放电头指向与玻璃吸附机构(2)的承载面平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带静电消除功能的平板玻璃搬运装置，其特征在于：在安装支架(4)上还设置有将空气电离出的离子输送到玻璃板表面的高压风机。
