软土地基通常的处理方式是清除软土，再填入石块或硬土，构筑地基；但在江河湖海的滩涂、内陆沙漠、水网地带很少有石块、硬土，需要从远处采石挖土运往工地，不仅破坏山体，而且增加费用。研究开发经济实用的技术势在必行。
三、发明内容
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
将滩涂、沙漠、水网的泥、沙子直接装入土工袋中，将袋口用绳索绑扎，形成的土工袋待用；待软土地基底层清理后铺上土工布，再将上述土工袋按规程纵横交错叠层铺设在土工布上，土工袋与土土布结合形成地基基础。

1.一种土工袋筏，其特征是：将泥、沙(1)装入土工袋(2)，用绳索绑扎(3)将土工袋(2)扎紧，待软土地基底层清理后铺上土工布(4)，土工袋(2)按规程纵横交错叠层铺设在土工布(4)上，土工袋(2)与土工布(4)结合形成地基基础(5)。
