目前平板式电池化成设备和电池检测设备的电池上架都是依靠手工将每一支电池依次安装在设备的正电极和负电极之间。存在电池上架速度慢、电池安装位置不准确等问题。

本实用新型的目的是要发明一种快速上架电池夹具,它可以将若干个电池一起安装在电池化成设备和电池检测设备的正电极和负电极之间,同时确保电池安装位置准确无误。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:快速上架电池夹具由塑胶材料制成,电池夹具上面有若干组电池卡片,电池卡片为具有弹性的薄片形状,每一组电池卡片与电池的外径至少有三个以上固定点固定电池,快速上架电池夹具在固定电池正极的上面有限制电池向上移动的挡板。
为了保证上架电池与电池化成设备和电池检测设备的电极位置准确,快速上架电池夹具的上下两端都有定位孔或者定位销。
本实用新型的有益效果是为社会提供一种快速上架电池夹具,它可以事先将若干个电池安装在快速上架电池夹具上,然后一起安装在电池化成设备和电池检测设备的正电极和负电极之间,同时确保电池安装位置准确无误。有效地提高电池上架的生产效率和质量。
