本实用新型公开了一种使用固定式抱索器煤矿索道内弯转弯装置，包括机架，在机架上装有固定轴，在固定轴上装有转弯主轮，在转弯主轮上有辐射杆，在辐射杆上通过转轴装有凹型小轮，在辐射杆上装有缓冲机构，在转弯主轮上装有定位装置。本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于在索道的转弯处装有转弯装置，小轮的凹槽能保证索道钢丝绳在运行和过乘人时不掉绳，缓冲机构能有效的减少索道运行时的冲击，使索道运行平稳，定位装置能很好的保证转弯轮静止在设定的固定位置，保证下一个抱索器能安全的通过，非常适用于固定式抱索器在有水平或斜巷转弯的巷道使用。

背景技术
目前使用的煤矿固定抱索器架空乘人装置，由于使用的是固定式抱索器，在索道转弯，特别是转内弯时，抱索器既不能离开索道钢丝绳，同时抱索器也不能通过转弯托轮，使得固定抱索器在巷道有转弯的情况不能使用。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用固定式抱索器煤矿索道内弯转弯装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种使用固定式抱索器煤矿索道内弯转弯装置，包括机架，在机架上装有固定轴，在固定轴上装有转弯主轮，在转弯主轮上有辐射杆，在辐射杆上通过转轴装有凹型小轮，在辐射杆上装有缓冲机构，所述的缓冲机构包括装在辐射杆在旋转轴和弹簧固定板，在旋转轴上装有活动挡板，在弹簧一端连接活动挡板，另一端连接在弹簧固定板上；在转弯主轮上装有定位装置；所述的定位装置在固定轴上装有三角形凸轮，在三角形凸轮最高点有定位槽，在机架有定位套，在定位套中有压杆和调节杆，在压杆和调节杆之间有压簧，在压杆的前端装有滚轮。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于在索道的转弯处装有转弯装置，小轮的凹槽能保证索道钢丝绳在运行和过乘人时不掉绳，缓冲机构能有效的减少索道运行时的冲击，使索道运行平稳，定位装置能很好的保证转弯轮静止在设定的固定位置，保证下一个抱索器能安全的通过，非常适用于固定式抱索器在有水平或斜巷转弯的巷道使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示，一种使用固定式抱索器煤矿索道内弯转弯装置，包括机架1，在机架1上装有固定轴2，在固定轴2上装有转弯主轮3，在转弯主轮3上有辐射杆4，在辐射杆4上通过转轴6装有凹型小轮5，在辐射杆4上装有缓冲机构，所述的缓冲机构包括装在辐射杆4在旋转轴14和弹簧固定板16，在旋转轴14上装有活动挡板15，在弹簧17一端连接活动挡板15，另一端连接在弹簧固定板16上；在转弯主轮3上装有定位装置；所述的定位装置在固定轴2上装有三角形凸轮7，在三角形凸轮7最高点有定位槽18，在机架1有定位套8，在定位套8中有压杆9和调节杆13，在压杆9和调节杆13之间有压簧12，在压杆9的前端装有滚轮11。
使用时，固定抱索器20固定在索道钢丝绳19上，在固定抱索器20装有吊椅21，过索道内弯时，在钢丝绳19带动下固定抱索器20首选碰在缓冲机构上，推动辐射杆4使转弯主轮3转动，由于在固定轴2装有定位装置，转弯主轮3一次只旋转120°，使固定抱索器20转过索道内弯。

1.一种使用固定式抱索器煤矿索道内弯转弯装置，其特征在于：包括机架(1)，在机架(1)上装有固定轴(2)，在固定轴(2)上装有转弯主轮(3)，在转弯主轮(3)上有辐射杆(4)，在辐射杆(4)上通过转轴(6)装有凹型小轮(5)，在辐射杆(4)上装有缓冲机构，所述的缓冲机构包括装在辐射杆(4)在旋转轴(14)和弹簧固定板(16)，在旋转轴(14)上装有活动挡板(15)，在弹簧(17)一端连接活动挡板(15)，另一端连接在弹簧固定板(16)上；在转弯主轮(3)上装有定位装置；所述的定位装置在固定轴(2)上装有三角形凸轮(7)，在三角形凸轮(7)最高点有定位槽(18)，在机架(1)有定位套(8)，在定位套(8)中有压杆(9)和调节杆(13)，在压杆(9)和调节杆(13)之间有压簧(12)，在压杆(9)的前端装有滚轮(11)。
