本实用新型涉及一种电解用电极。主要用于无机电解、有色金属电镀,还可以用于有机电解氧化合成。
背景技术
在本实用新型作出以前,以往用于无机电解、有色金属电镀、有机电解氧化合成的电解用电极,一般是在导电钛基材的表面烧结一层氧化物涂层,起到增加电解时的活性作用,但是该氧化物涂层在高温烧结过程中不可避免的会有细小的裂纹,在电解过程中电解液对钛基材不断进行氧化,从而引起涂层脱落,使涂层很快失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐用电极,该耐用电极能防止电极在使用过程中电解液对电极基材的氧化,延长了电极的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种耐用电极,包括钛基材主体与氧化物涂层,在所述钛基材主体与氧化物涂层之间设置一层铜金属涂层,所述钛基材主体、铜金属涂层和氧化物涂层三层由内至外紧密复合。
由于该耐用电极包括钛基材主体与氧化物涂层,在所述钛基材主体与氧化物涂层之间设置一层铜金属涂层,所述钛基材主体、铜金属涂层和氧化物涂层三层由内至外紧密复合,因此,该耐用电极通过增加铜金属涂层,使钛基材主体得到更好的保护,防止电极在使用过程中电解液对电极基材的氧化,延长了电极的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种耐用电极,包括钛基材主体1与氧化物涂层3,在所述钛基材主体1与氧化物涂层3之间设置一层铜金属涂层2,所述钛基材主体1、铜金属涂层2和氧化物涂层3三层由内至外紧密复合。该耐用电极通过增加铜金属涂层,使钛基材主体1得到更好的保护,防止电极在使用过程中电解液对电极基材的氧化,延长了电极的使用寿命。

1.一种耐用电极,包括钛基材主体(1)与氧化物涂层(3),其特征在于:在所述钛基材主体(1)与氧化物涂层(3)之间设置一层铜金属涂层(2),所述钛基材主体(1)、铜金属涂层(2)和氧化物涂层(3)三层由内至外紧密复合。
