随着煤炭工业的发展，采煤面的增多、扩大，机械化程度的不断提高，用于开采工作面的液压支架等大型综机设备也相应增多，对于液压支架在安装和回撤过程中的吊装也随之增加。液压支架是综机大型设备，目前没有一种专用的吊索具，平时大多使用普通吊索具，在吊装的过程中存在安全隐患，操作不便，且这类吊索具的吊环上套入圆环链后留有的开口大多没经过再处理，吊装的过程容易造成设备滑落造成设备损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种吊索具，结构简单，成本低，使用效果好。
本发明采用以下技术方案：一种吊索具，它包括吊环，圆环链，钢丝绳及吊钩，所述圆环链套在吊环上通过钢丝绳与吊钩相连。
所述钢丝绳两端穿过圆环孔和吊钩孔将圆环链与吊钩相连。吊环上套有两个圆环链，每个圆环链分别通过一条钢丝绳与一个吊钩相连。所述圆环链套入吊环内后，吊环整形焊接成封闭式结构。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种吊索具，它包括吊环1，圆环链2，钢丝绳3及吊钩4，钢丝绳3的长度按液压支架起吊时的需要切取，圆环链2套在吊环1内，相套完成后将吊环1整形焊接成封闭式。钢丝绳3两端穿过圆环孔6和吊钩孔5将圆环链2与吊钩4相连。本装置每组吊环1上套有两个圆环链2，每个圆环链2分别通过一条钢丝绳3与一个吊钩4相连。钢丝绳3连接好圆环链2及吊钩4后，将其两头用高强度铝合金压制在一起。吊钩4所用材料是高强度合金钢。根据液压支架的重量和形状和起吊机械，选用大小、粗细不同的吊环1、圆环链2、钢丝绳3及吊钩4。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊索具，其特征是吊环(1)上套有两个圆环链(2)，每个圆环链(2)分别通过一条钢丝绳(3)与一个吊钩(4)相连。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吊索具，其特征是所述圆环链(2)套入吊环(1)内后，吊环(1)整形焊接成封闭式结构。
