一种低压综合配电箱,配电箱体内设有断路器和一组并联连接的电容器,每个电容器的一端分别与一个投切控制开关连接,另一端接地,投切控制开关与控制器连接,在配电箱体内还设有永磁操动机构和一个带有GSM无线通讯模块的远程控制器。所述的永磁操动机构包括两个操作线圈和一个驱动杆。远程控制器的输出端通过驱动电路与操作线圈连接,驱动杆与断路器的开关拨杆连接。有益效果:通过永磁操动机构带动断路器实现电动分合,并通过设置的远程控制器实现远程遥控操作;当***出现瞬时故障跳闸时,远程控制器控制永磁操动机构自动合闸恢复正常供电,提高了供电的连续性、可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电网的配电及无功补偿装置,具体地说是一种低压综合配电箱。
背景技术
目前,无功补偿对于提高线路输送能力、提高设备利用率、降低线路电压损失和电能损失的重要性和良好效果在行业内已形成共识,相比较高压补偿,因低压线路更接近负荷点,补偿的受益线路更长,故低压补偿的节能降损效果更为明显。低压综合配电箱通过投入或切除电容来实现电力***的无功补偿。现有的低压综合配电箱不具有远程监视与控制功能,无法实现电力***的实时监控与管理。并且现有的低压综合配电箱大多使用接触器作为开关元件来实现电动合分,其功耗大,使用成本高。通常使用的配电箱都具有自动断电保护功能,当***出现故障时,使线路或设备断电,以保护用的线路或设备。故障排除后,由人工操作重新合闸供电。断电与重新供电之间的时间间隔较长。据统计,***中永久性故障一般不到10%,其余故障都是由于雷击过电压引起的绝缘子表面闪络,大风时的短时碰线,树枝落在导线上等引起的瞬时故障,线路频繁断电,造成了供电的连续性及可靠性低,电力工作人员的劳动强度高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现远程监控和自动重新合闸供电功能的低压综合配电箱。
本实用新型的为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低压综合配电箱,配电箱体内设有断路器和一组并联连接的电容器,每个电容器的一端分别与一个投切控制开关连接,另一端接地,投切控制开关与控制器连接,在配电箱体内还设有永磁操动机构和一个带有GSM无线通讯模块的远程控制器。
所述的永磁操动机构包括两个操作线圈和一个驱动杆。
所述远程控制器的输出端通过驱动电路与操作线圈连接,驱动杆与断路器的开关拨杆连接。
所述的投切控制开关还与空气开关串接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:用断路器作为供电***的主开关,可实现配电线路的过载、短路保护、以及日常的停送电操作。配合永磁操动机构使用,通过永磁操动机构带动断路器实现电动分合,并通过设置的远程控制器实现远程遥控操作。当***出现瞬时故障跳闸后,远程控制器继续对故障信号进行检测,故障信号消除后控制永磁操动机构自动合闸恢复正常供电,提高了供电的连续性、可靠性。停送电操作简单方便快捷安全,既提高了工作效率,又减少了停电时间,同时降低了劳动强度,还彻底避免了手动操作停送电的触点危险。设置的远程控制器还可以与供电***的数字电表连接,将线路数据远程传输至工作人员,实现远程抄表功能。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种低压综合配电箱,设置在供电***的变压器3和用电负载之间,通过设置在配电箱体1内的断路器2控制变压器3与用电负载之间电路的通断,通常在断路器2和变压器3之间还接有电能表,断路器2可使用普通的塑壳断路器,通过拨动其开关拨杆4控制开合。在配电箱体1内设有一组并联连接的电容器7,通常设置三个,也可以根据需要设置四个、五个或更多。每个电容器7的一端分别通过一个投切控制开关8与变压器3连接,另一端接地,投切控制开关8与控制器11连接,控制器11以CPU为控制元件,根据接收到的线路状况控制投切控制开关8的通断将电容器7接入线路或从线路中切除,以实现无功补偿的目的。所用的投切控制开关8可以使用继电器或可控硅或者两者配合使用。在箱体1内还设有永磁操动机构5和带有GSM无线通讯模块的远程控制器9。永磁操动机构5的结构可以参考中国专利申请号20113057.4的内容,其包括两个操作线圈和一个驱动杆6。远程控制器9内具有控制芯片,可以将接收到的线路状态信息通过GSM无线通讯模块远程发送。远程控制器9的输出端通过驱动电路10与永磁操动机构5的操作线圈连接。驱动杆6与断路器2的开关拨杆4连接。通过控制操作线圈的导通状态可以控制驱动杆6的移动来实现断路器2的电动开合。线路出现异常后可自动控制永磁操动机构5关断断路器2。跳闸后,远程控制器继续对故障信号进行检测,故障信号消除后控制永磁操动机构自动合闸恢复正常供电,即可实现***出现瞬时故障后自动回复供电的功能。
所述的投切控制开关8与变压器3之间还串接有空气开关12,增加***安全性。

1.一种低压综合配电箱,配电箱体(1)内设有断路器(2)和一组并联连接的电容器(7),每个电容器(7)的一端分别与一个投切控制开关(8)连接,另一端接地,投切控制开关(8)与控制器(11)连接,其特征在于:在配电箱体(1)内还设有永磁操动机构(5)和一个带有GSM无线通讯模块的远程控制器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压综合配电箱,其特征在于:所述的永磁操动机构(5)包括两个操作线圈和一个驱动杆(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低压综合配电箱,其特征在于:所述远程控制器(9)的输出端通过驱动电路(10)与操作线圈连接,驱动杆(6)与断路器(2)的开关拨杆(4)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低压综合配电箱,其特征在于:所述的投切控制开关(8)还与空气开关(12)串接。
