本实用新型涉及一种电热水器的搪瓷内胆。
背景技术
现有的大部分电热水器内胆在没有到达使用年限之前就出现漏水现象,原因就是搪瓷层附着力不足,导致搪瓷层受自来水的长期冲击及腐蚀而脱落,搪瓷层的脱落就意味着内胆失去了防腐蚀的保护,内胆钢板基材必然遭到腐蚀,最终出现内胆漏水现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型内胆,以提高搪瓷层附着力和防腐能力。
上述目的是这样实现的:
一种电热水器的内胆,包括钢板外壳层和内搪瓷层,所述钢板外壳层和内搪瓷层之间增设中间金刚釉层。
在传统的搪瓷粉中添加一种含特殊分层成分的材料,使其在烧结后在内胆钢板基材与搪瓷层之间形成防腐蚀、高致密、高附着力的中间层-“金刚釉”。
“金刚釉”是一种能同时紧密附着在钢板基材和搪瓷层的高致密材料,能使钢板基材和搪瓷层附着力大幅增强,同时由于该涂层硬度高并具有优异的抗腐蚀能力,能为内胆提供额外的防腐保护,含有该涂层的搪瓷内胆的使用寿命将会大幅延长,即使在恶劣使用环境中也不会受到影响。
