本实用新型公开了一种凹轨式矿用索道大坡度可静态上下车活动抱索器，吊椅通过吊椅轴套装在连接轴上，在连接轴的一端装卡钳式抱索器，所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆，在连杆一端外侧面装有上卡钳和下卡钳，在连杆的内侧面上有定位杆；在连接轴的另一端装有滑轮。本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，综合了卡钳式活动抱索器和摩擦式活动抱索器两种抱索器的优点，可实现乘坐人员静态上下车，解决了需要人工去挂上抱索器和对准钢丝绳的诸多不便，特别适用于大坡度巷道矿用索道乘坐人员静态上下车使用，避免了乘坐人员因在索道运行中上下车所造成安全事故的发生；在抱索器上的定位限位装置，可以避免吊椅在运行过程中大幅度摇摆，可以保证卡钳式抱索器准确进入和脱离索道钢丝绳。

背景技术
目前，在矿山架空乘人装置的活动抱索器中，有卡钳式活动抱索器和摩擦式活动抱索器两种，卡钳式活动抱索器可用于大坡度索道，但乘坐人员必须在索道运行中上下车，容易造成安全事故；摩擦式活动抱索器可以脱离索道钢丝绳，停在轨道上，实现能够静态上下车，但只能在较平缓的索道上使用，对大坡度矿用索道摩擦式活动抱索器侧不适用。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种在大坡度矿用索道上可静态上下车的活动抱索器。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种凹轨式矿用索道大坡度可静态上下车活动抱索器，吊椅通过吊椅轴套装在连接轴上，在连接轴的一端装卡钳式抱索器，所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆，在连杆的一端外侧面装有上卡钳和下卡钳，在连杆的内侧面上有定位杆；在连接轴的另一端装有滑轮和防偏支撑挡板，在防偏支撑挡板上装有防偏滑轮。
在吊椅上装有支撑挡板，在支撑挡板上装有防晃滑轮。
本发明具有如下的有益效果，综合了卡钳式活动抱索器和摩擦式活动抱索器两种抱索器的优点，可实现乘坐人员静态上下车，解决了需要人工去挂上抱索器和对准钢丝绳的诸多不便，特别适用于大坡度巷道矿用索道乘坐人员静态上下车使用，避免了乘坐人员因在索道运行中上下车所造成安全事故的发生；在抱索器上的定位限位装置，可以避免吊椅在运行过程中大幅度摇摆，可以保证卡钳式抱索器准确进入和脱离索道钢丝绳。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种凹轨式矿用索道大坡度可静态上下车活动抱索器，吊椅1通过吊椅轴套9装在连接轴8上，在连接轴8的一端装卡钳式抱索器，所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆4，在连杆4的一端外侧面装有上卡钳6和下卡钳5，在连杆4的内侧面上有定位杆7；在连接轴8的另一端装有滑轮11和防偏支撑挡板10，在防偏支撑挡板10上装有防偏滑轮12；在吊椅1上装有支撑挡板2，在支撑挡板2上装有防晃滑轮3。
如图3所示，乘坐人员上吊椅时，本实用新型放在凹形轨道13的顶端，人坐上后，滑轮11在凹形轨道13上滑行，在滑行过程中，防偏滑轮12使滑轮11在滑行过程中不偏行，卡钳式抱索器上的上卡钳6和下卡钳5逐渐靠近钢丝绳14，当上卡钳6和下卡钳5卡住钢丝绳14后，滑轮11脱离凹形轨道13，进行索道运行。反之，是下吊椅。

1.一种凹轨式矿用索道大坡度可静态上下车活动抱索器，其特征在于：吊椅[1]通过吊椅轴套[9]装在连接轴[8]上，在连接轴[8]的一端装卡钳式抱索器，所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆[4]，在连杆[4]的一端外侧面装有上卡钳[6]和下卡钳[5]，在连杆[4]的内侧面上有定位杆[7]；在连接轴[8]的另一端装有滑轮[11]和防偏支撑挡板[10]，在防偏支撑挡板[10]上装有防偏滑轮[12]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹轨式矿用索道大坡度可静态上下车活动抱索器，其特征在于：在吊椅[1]上装有支撑挡板[2]，在支撑挡板[2]上装有防晃滑轮[3]。
