本实用新型涉及一种电加热器,具体是一种在制冷设备等装置中进行加热除霜的铝管式除霜电加热器。
背景技术
传统的用于冷柜电器中的除霜电加热器通常采用两种结构:一种是采用不锈钢管作为外壳,内部的发热元件通过外壳与发热丝中间填充的氧化镁粉,将热量传递出来进行除霜;还有一种铝箔电加热器是用于家用电冰箱除霜,是将加热线放置在二层铝箔中间,适用于平面壁式使用的除霜电加热器。而对于要求在具有一定形状的侠小空间,进行有效地加热并除霜,上述不锈钢管电加热器因管径小于6毫米的加热器制造困难,且安全系数不高,在应用上有一定的局限性。另外铝箔型除霜电加热器,只能适用于平面结构,无法对一些特殊的空间进行加热除霜。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种既可用于狭小的空间、又可适应不同空间形状加热的铝管式除霜电加热器。
本实用新型的铝管式除霜电加热器包括有一条柔性的发热线,发热线两端设置可连接电源的接头,发热线由位于中心的玻璃纤维芯线、绕在玻璃纤维芯线上的电阻丝、包覆在玻璃纤维芯线和电阻丝***的硅橡胶绝缘层组成;所述发热线从一根铝管的中心穿过。
所述发热线两端的接头是与玻璃纤维芯线一同被缠绕在电阻丝内的多根铜丝。
本实用新型与传统的不锈钢管式电加热器相比,无需填充氧化镁粉,右以获得较细的加热器外径(铝管外径可达4mm以下),因而较易于应用在狭小的空间中;由于铝管具有良好的塑性变形能力,可以使弯制成复杂形状的骨架结构,提高了其对不同空间形状的适应能力;此外,铝管具有比不锈钢材料更佳的热传导性能,也提高了除霜加热的效率。

1.一种铝管式除霜电加热器,包括有一条柔性的发热线,发热线两端设置可连接电源的接头,其特征是:发热线由位于中心的玻璃纤维芯线(1)、绕在玻璃纤维芯线上的电阻丝(2)、包覆在玻璃纤维芯线和电阻丝***的硅橡胶绝缘层(3)组成;发热线从一根铝管(4)的中心穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝管式电加热器,其特征是:发热线两端的接头是与玻璃纤维芯线一同被缠绕在电阻丝内的多根铜丝(5)。
