保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,包括DSP***、电流电压信号输入调理及A/D转换模块、小信号模拟量输入模块、4~20mA模拟量输出模块、人机对话模块、电源输入模块、无线测温接收模块、通信模块、光电隔离开关量输入模块、可编程继电器输出模块、断路器控制回路及数字温度检测器。多个数字温度检测器通过公用频段的无线信号同无线测温接收模块连接。本实用新型能够将以前需要两套装置才能实现的功能合并在一起,共用电源输入、人机对话、继电器输出、通信模块及机箱,能够用一套装置的成本实现两套装置的功能。

Description

保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种装置,尤其是一种保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,主要应用于各电压等级的变电站、发电厂、配电室等综合自动化技术领域。
背景技术:目前,单独的微机保护测控装置已经在变电站、发电厂、配电室等场合获得广泛的应用,单独的电气接点在线测温装置也在一定的范围内得到应用,但在同一个现场大部分情况需要安装上述两种类型的装置,目前还没有这样的装置。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,包括DSP***、电流电压信号输入调理及A/D转换模块、小信号模拟量输入模块、4~20mA模拟量输出模块、人机对话模块、电源输入模块、无线测温接收模块、通信模块、光电隔离开关量输入模块、可编程继电器输出模块、断路器控制回路及数字温度检测器。多个数字温度检测器通过公用频段的无线信号同无线测温接收模块连接。
本实用新型能够将以前需要两套装置才能实现的功能合并在一起,共用电源输入、人机对话、继电器输出、通信模块及机箱,能够用一套装置的成本实现两套装置的功能。本装置可以对现有开关柜在电气接点发热情况提供监测功能,实现原来需要保护和测温两套装置实现的功能,在提高供电可靠性的同时降低使用者开关柜的采购成本,提高整个行业的自动化水平。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示:保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,包括DSP***、电流电压信号输入调理及A/D转换模块、小信号模拟量输入模块、4~20mA模拟量输出模块、人机对话模块、电源输入模块、无线测温接收模块、通信模块、光电隔离开关量输入模块、可编程继电器输出模块、断路器控制回路及数字温度检测器。多个数字温度检测器通过公用频段的无线信号同无线测温接收模块连接,最多15个数字温度检测器。
1、DSP***:主控***由32位高性能数字信号处理器(DSP)、NVRAM、串行E2PROM等构成。
2、电流电压信号输入调理及A/D转换模块:互感器插件可以做多16路的电压电流输入,变换为可适用模数转换器输入要求的小信号,并最终转换为数字量。
3、小信号模拟量输入模块:从其他传感器送过来的0-5V或4~20mA模拟量信号。
4、4~20mA模拟量输出模块:将采集到的电流电压信号转换为其他***能采集4~20mA模拟量。
5、人机对话模块:显示主控***的输出信息,同时扫描面板上的按键状态并实时传送给主控***。
6、电源输入模块:装置电源采用高频开关电源,交/直流110V/220V输入通用。
7、无线测温接收模块:电气接点在线测温模块由一个或多个数字温度检测器和设置在主控模块上的无线接收部分组成。其中测温探头通过耐高温屏蔽电缆与数字温度检测器相连,数字温度检测器与无线接收部分采用无线方式(公用频段)传输数据,无线接收部分将收到的各数字温度检测器的温度数据传送给主控制器,在人机对话模块中显示出来或通过通讯方式传送给后台。
8、通信模块:实现多种工业现场总线方式与其他***或设备进行数据交换。
9、光电隔离开关量输入模块:最多可采集40路外部输入的开关量或脉冲量。
10、可编程继电器输出模块:最多可控制16路可编程输出开出量。
11、断路器控制回路:可以控制一个断路器作回路进行跳合闸操作,内部具有分合闸自保持、防跳及断路器位置检测功能。
如图2所示:数字温度检测器,包括专用射频发生模块、低功耗微控制器***(MCU)、温度数据采集***、大容量耐高温电池电源、数字式温度传感器、耐高温屏蔽电缆。组成部分均能可靠工作在-40~125℃范围内,安装在靠近发热源的位置。

1.保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,其特征在于:包括DSP***、电流电压信号输入调理及A/D转换模块、小信号模拟量输入模块、4~20mA模拟量输出模块、人机对话模块、电源输入模块、无线测温接收模块、通信模块、光电隔离开关量输入模块、可编程继电器输出模块、断路器控制回路及数字温度检测器;多个数字温度检测器通过公用频段的无线信号同无线测温接收模块连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的保护测控及电气接点在线测温一体化装置,其特征在于:所述的数字温度检测器包括专用射频发生模块、低功耗微控制器***(MCU)、温度数据采集***、大容量耐高温电池电源、数字式温度传感器、耐高温屏蔽电缆。
