背景技术
在双氧水氧化环己烯生产己二酸的生产过程中，将会产生大量的水，如何将这些生成物中的水脱除，一般来说采取加热蒸发措施即可。但是常压状态下蒸发速度慢，温度高，而且母液超过一定温度后会对催化剂的活性有较大的破坏作用，影响催化剂的循环使用。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决己二酸浓缩的问题而提供了一种己二酸真空浓缩装置。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的，一种己二酸真空浓缩装置，包括带有夹套的浓缩釜，浓缩釜下部为进料口，浓缩釜的上出口连接抽真空泵，夹套上连接蒸汽管道。
使用时，开启真空泵使浓缩釜内产生负压，溶液从浓缩釜的下部进料口连续进料，蒸汽管道输送高温蒸汽到夹套内对浓缩釜加热，溶液在负压和加热的作用下其中的水大量蒸发，真空状态还可以控制溶液的沸点处于一个较低的水平，在蒸发溶液的同时还使催化剂得到保护，不受破坏。本实用新型设计合理，使用方便，效率高，浓缩效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示意，一种己二酸真空浓缩装置，包括带有夹套的浓缩釜2，浓缩釜2下部为进料口，浓缩釜2的上出口连接抽真空泵，夹套上连接蒸汽管道3。夹套上还连接冷却管4，进料口上分别连接进料管5、排料管6，并且管上都安装有阀门，通过阀门的开闭实现物料的送入和排放。

1.一种己二酸真空浓缩装置，其特征在于：包括带有夹套的浓缩釜(2)，浓缩釜(2)下部为进料口，浓缩釜(2)的上出口连接抽真空泵，夹套上连接蒸汽管道(3)。
