本实用新型公开了一种洁净床单元，包括机身框架，机身框架四周以透明的防静电塑胶垂帘围护，在机身框架顶部安装有送风***壳体，壳体内部的顶部设置有送风***风机，杀菌过滤***和均流送风护罩安装在送风***壳体的下面，机身框架顶部还安装有紫外线杀毒灯。所述洁净床单元具有结构简单、体积小、柔性水平送风的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种室内空气洁净装置，具体是一种洁净床单元。
背景技术
对于空气洁净度要求比较高的病房、工作间，一般采用净化送风***或管道式空气过滤送风装置，这种装置包括送风动力装置和过滤管，在动力装置中设置有风机、过滤器和风管的滤管，如专利号为93209316.7的中国实用新型专利。这类装置所占的空间比较大，结构较复杂，并且送风速度场不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于室内空气净化的洁净床单元，具有结构简单、体积小、柔性水平送风的特点。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现：
一种洁净床单元，包括机身框架，机身框架四周以透明的防静电塑胶垂帘围护，在机身框架顶部安装有送风***壳体，壳体内部的顶部设置有送风***风机，杀菌过滤***和均流送风护罩安装在送风***壳体的下面，机身框架顶部还安装有紫外线杀毒灯。
所述洁净床单元还包括一个电控箱，用于集中控制杀菌灯和风机。
所述送风***风机的个数为一个，也可以两个，甚至三个或四个，采用多个风机有利于提高送风的均匀性。
送风***壳体外设置有移动把手，以便于维护。
所述机身框架顶部还可以安装一个照明灯，实现洁净床单元的独立照明。
在机身框架底部的左右两边可以设置有万向移动脚轮以便于移动位置。
所述防静电塑胶垂帘在洁净床单元的两个侧面可以各有一个转轴式垂帘，其轴安装在洁净床单元的顶部，以利于人员进出和操作。
所述洁净床单元的洁净度为ISO5级，电源规格为AC220V、单相、50Hz，最大总功率为60W。该装置还包括一个调风速器，有两档调速，分别为0.25m/s和0.30m/s。
所述洁净床单元含附件外型尺寸为2100×1000×2000mm，含附件内部净尺寸为2000×1000×1800mm。
所述洁净床单元，在其四周安装垂直片型卫生围帘，形成洁净无菌的隔离空间。隔离区内有正压形态或微负压形态供选择，以适应不同疾病治疗对隔离状态的特殊要求。
洁净床单元整体结构为优质不锈钢制的可移动室内空气净化***，四周以透明的防静电塑胶垂帘围护。工作时洁净床单元的风机吸入环境空气，经空气净化***过滤成为洁净空气，再以水平层流的方式送入工作区域，有效达到了物理隔离的效果，特别适用于血液病人、烧伤病人、呼吸道疾病和化放疗等免疫力低的病人使用。
该洁净床单元有如下优点：采用先进的无尘、无菌设计理念与专业制造技术生产的超薄高效空气洁净床单元；大规格、高性能的杀菌过滤***使用寿命更长；柔性水平送风，使患者感觉更舒适；严格按照国际先进电气安全标准规范设计。
经国家空调设备质量监督检验中心检验，洁净度使用现状测试结果为：对≥0.3μm的尘埃和细菌的过滤效率≥99.99％；噪声实测值为44.9dB(A)；截面风速实测平均值为0.30m/s。
本实用新型提供一种用于室内空气净化的洁净床单元，具有结构简单、体积小、柔性水平送风的特点，使用方便，占用空间小，可用于临时救助和室外救助的病床，特别是野战医院或抢险救灾临时救助、治疗站点作为临时无菌隔离病房使用。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如说明书附图1-3所示，一种洁净床单元，包括机身框架11，机身框架11四周以透明的防静电塑胶垂帘1围护，在机身框架11顶部安装有送风***壳体4，壳体内部的顶部设置有送风***风机7，杀菌过滤***6和均流送风护罩8安装在送风***壳体4的下面，机身框架11顶部还安装有紫外线杀毒灯3。
洁净床单元还包括一个电控箱10，送风***壳体4的个数为两个，送风***壳体外各有一个移动把手5，机身框架11顶部还安装一个照明灯2，在机身框架11底部的左右两边各有一个万向移动脚轮12。防静电塑胶垂帘1在洁净床单元的两个侧面各有一个转轴式垂帘9，其轴安装在洁净床单元的顶部。
洁净床单元的洁净度为ISO5级；电源规格为AC220V、单相、50Hz，最大总功率为60W。该装置还包括一个调风速器，有两档调速，分别为0.25m/s和0.30m/s。
经国家空调设备质量监督检验中心检验，洁净度使用现状测试结果为：对≥0.3μm的尘埃和细菌的过滤效率≥99.99％；噪声实测值为44.9dB(A)；截面风速实测平均值为0.30m/s。
如附图1-3所示，洁净床单元含附件外型尺寸为2100×1000×2000mm，含附件内部净尺寸为2000×1000×1800mm。
在洁净床单元四周安装透明的垂直片型卫生围帘，形成洁净无菌的隔离空间。如图4-图6所示利用送风***风机回风从顶部吸入，经过杀菌过滤***净化以及均流送风护罩，向下垂直送风，均匀地吹出层流流动的洁净、新鲜柔风，吹过内部隔离空间并从下部四周逸风，使隔离区内有正压形态或微负压形态供选择，以适应不同疾病治疗对隔离状态的特殊要求。利用紫外线杀毒灯定期进行紫外线消毒。
Claims (10)
1.一种洁净床单元，其特征在于：包括机身框架，机身框架四周以透明的防静电塑胶垂帘围护，在机身框架顶部安装有送风***壳体，壳体内部的顶部设置有送风***风机，杀菌过滤***和均流送风护罩安装在送风***壳体的下面，机身框架顶部还安装有紫外线杀毒灯。
2.如权利要求1所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：在机身框架顶部安装有一个照明灯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述防静电塑胶垂帘在洁净床单元的两个侧面各有一个转轴式垂帘，其轴安装在洁净床单元的顶部。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述杀菌过滤***为能够对≥0.3μm的尘埃和细菌的过滤效率≥99.99％的杀菌过滤***。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述送风***风机为一个或两个。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述洁净床单元还包括一个调风速器，有两档调速，分别为0.25m/s和0.30m/s。
7.如权利要求3所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述洁净床单元还包括一个调风速器，有两档调速，分别为0.25m/s和0.30m/s。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：该装置还包括一个电控箱用于控制所述的风机和杀菌灯。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：在机身框架底部的左右两边安装有万向移动脚轮。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的洁净床单元，其特征在于：所述洁净床单元含附件外型尺寸为2100×1000×2000mm，含附件内部净尺寸为2000×1000×1800mm。
