本实用新型涉及一种辊筛装置，具体的说是一种逆流式双层圆辊筛装置。
背景技术
现有的辊筛装置只有一层，只能对生球进行一次筛分，一般只能用于筛分小球和粉粒，不能筛大块和大球，筛分率低，影响了炉透气性，降低了成品率，降低了生球质量，不能减少粉末入炉，不方便维护和保养，成品球返矿率为10％左右。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：针对以上现有技术存在的缺点，提出一种逆流式双层圆辊筛装置，可以使圆辊筛能够筛除大块和大球，提高生球质量，改善竖炉透气性。
本实用新型解决以上技术问题的技术方案是：
逆流式双层圆辊筛装置，由上层圆辊筛和下层圆辊筛组成，上层圆辊筛的辊间距大于成品球最大球径，下层圆辊筛辊间距小于成品球最小球径。
上层圆辊筛与下层圆辊筛在竖直方向上的投影是重叠的，立向成一夹角。圆辊筛由多根在一个平面上分布的圆辊所构成。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型使得圆辊筛能够筛除大块和大球，提高生球质量，改善竖炉透气性；提高圆辊筛的筛分效率，减少粉末入炉，提高成品率；方便维护和保养。改进前生球筛分率低，成品球返矿率为10％左右，改进后由于生球筛分率提高，由其直接影响的成品球返矿率降低1％以上。

本实施例的结构如图1所示，一种逆流式双层生球圆辊筛装置，圆辊筛由多根在一个平面上分布的圆辊所构成，圆辊筛装置设有两个圆辊筛，分别为上层圆辊筛1和下层圆辊筛2，上层圆辊筛1与下层圆辊筛2在竖直方向上的投影是重叠的，立向视图是成一定夹角的。上层圆辊筛1的辊间距大于成品球最大球径，下层圆辊筛2辊间距小于成品球最小球径。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，使得圆辊筛能够筛除大块和大球，提高生球质量，改善竖炉透气性；提高圆辊筛的筛分效率，减少粉末入炉，提高成品率；方便维护和保养。
本实用新型还可以有其它实施方式，凡采用同等替换或等效变换形成的技术方案，均落在本实用新型要求保护的范围之内。

2.如权利要求1所述的逆流式双层圆辊筛装置，其特征在于：所述上层圆辊筛与下层圆辊筛在竖直方向上的投影是重叠的，立向成一夹角。
