Abstract
本实用新型涉及气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具。其特征是:点火头引线与空心铆钉、点火具杯体、点火具托架分别相对固定;点火具杯体和点火具盖上设有火焰喷口;点火具杯体侧壁上有与连接件相旋接的外螺纹;并联后的双点火头的电阻值的范围为1.2Ω~1.8Ω。本实用新型同现有技术相比,不仅密封性、防潮性好,可有效防止内部装药的振动,而且具有很好的双向点火同步一致性。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于气体灭火技术领域,涉及一种双向喷发点火具,尤其涉及一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具。
背景技术
在气溶胶灭火装置中,点火具的设计和可靠性对于整个装置功能发挥的好坏至关重要,其中必须考虑点火包装药的品种、用量、包装药的密封性、防潮性,抗震性、以及启爆药的装配、压药工艺和点火性能的改进,同时还必须防止内部装药的振动。尤其是对于双向喷放气溶胶的装置,还必须考虑双向点火的同步一致性。在本实用新型以前的现有技术中,JP56165832(A)专利文件中公开了一种双向压电点火具,该点火具用于装置中,目的是降低电点火具点火的失败率;其结构特征是:内部用一个有两个操作件的凸轮和一个操作杆,使一次点火操作时驱动点火锤两次,实现两次放电点火。这种点火具只是部分减少了点火的失败率,没有提到安全性和同步性的问题,且结构既笨重又复杂。目前国内市场上的双向横喷气溶胶灭火装置,其点火元件还是采用自封袋装点火药,用透明胶带包扎的点火药包。这种药包启动方式存在点火包装药没有定量、密封性不佳、自封袋在高温试验中易破损、启动点火不同步、点火效果相差很大等缺陷。此外,在运输过程中,点火药包可能由于颠簸,脱离中心位置,或者药包破散,这样就不能很好地启动装置,会造成发生火灾时,不能及时灭火的现象。根据文献检索的结果,所得到的37件专利中所涉及的点火具主要用于安全气囊(如CN86203126;CN200520011152.8;8610332;200610022391.2);火箭发动机(如CN 03218960.5;200320103882.1;200620147019.X)等;点火方式有热锂电点火(CN96236373.1);冲击波式点火具(CN00261694.7)等,均不涉及气溶胶灭火装置点火具的药剂和结构设计。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术状况,本实用新型的目的在于,克服原有气溶胶灭火装置点火原件装药密封性不佳、高温试验中易破损的技术缺陷,提供一种结构简单、安全可靠、易于操作的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具。
现将本实用新型技术解决方案叙述如下:
本实用新型提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:双向喷发点火具由点火具杯体6和点火具托架5构成,点火具杯体6与点火具托架5相对固定;点火具杯体6的内部装有点火药,点火药3内中心位置装有点火头4,点火头3与点火头引线1相连,点火头引线1与空心铆钉2相对固定,空心铆钉2与点火具杯体6相对固定;或者,点火头引线1与连接件9相对固定,连接件9与点火具杯体6旋接固定。
本实用新型进一步提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体6和点火具盖7上设有1~100个火焰喷口,火焰喷口的直径为Φ0.1mm~Φ20mm。
本实用新型进一步提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体6上还可设5--30个火焰喷口,火焰喷口直径为Φ1mm-Φ5mm。
本实用新型进一步提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体6体积为4cm3~10cm3。
本实用新型进一步提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体6侧壁上有与连接件9相旋接的外螺纹。
本实用新型进一步提供一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:并联后的双点火头的电阻值的范围为1.2Ω~1.8Ω。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,不仅密封性、防潮性好,可有效防止内部装药的振动,而且具有很好的双向点火同步一致性。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
点火具结构如图1所示。
将点火药3置于点火具杯体6中。点火头4具有一定的电阻值,并联后电阻值为1.2Ω。点火具的材质为铜。点火具杯体6侧壁和点火具盖7上共设有30个直径为Φ1mm的火焰喷口,杯体顶部中心位置有并联的点火头引线1和空心铆钉2用AB胶固定,其中点火头4距离空心铆钉2为16mm。空心铆钉2再用AB胶与杯体6结合。点火具杯体6与杯盖7通过模具压合收口相衔接。当被保护区域发生火灾时,控制元件接受到火灾信号,报警器会自动报警并迅速接通电源,点火头4引燃点火药3,火焰在有限的点火具杯体6空间内受气压作用从点火具杯体6上的火焰喷口高速喷出,形成喷射距离超过30cm的狭长火焰,点燃双向横喷气溶胶灭火装置中的气溶胶发生剂药柱,从而启动灭火装置。
实施例2:
点火具结构如图2所示。
将点火药3置于点火具杯体6中。点火头4具有一定的电阻值,并联后电阻值为1.8Ω。点火具的材质为不锈钢材。点火具杯体6的顶端上设有10个直径为Φ2mm的火焰喷口。杯体6由连接件9连接,点火头4置于点火具杯体6中心位置。点火具杯体6的端口由锡箔片密封,用来防潮。当点火头4接到电信号后,点燃点火药3,产生的火焰冲破点火具两端的锡箔片,同步引燃灭火装置的两端。
Claims (6)
1.一种热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:双向喷发点火具由点火具杯体(6)和点火具托架(5)构成,点火具杯体(6)与点火具托架(5)相对固定;点火具杯体(6)的内部装有点火药(3),点火药(3)内中心位置装有点火头(4),点火头(4)与点火头引线(1)相连,点火头引线(1)与空心铆钉(2)相对固定,空心铆钉(2)与点火具杯体(6)相对固定;或者,点火头引线(1)与连接件(9)相对固定,连接件(9)与点火具杯体(6)旋接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体(6)和点火具盖(7)上设有1~100个火焰喷口,火焰喷口的直径为Ф0.1mm~Ф20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体(6)上设有5~30个火焰喷口,火焰喷口直径为Ф1mm~Ф5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体(6)体积为4cm3~10cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:点火具杯体(6)侧壁上有与连接件(9)相旋接的外螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热气溶胶灭火装置用双向喷发点火具,其特征在于:并联后的双点火头(4)的电阻值的范围为1.2Ω~1.8Ω。
