Abstract

本实用新型揭示了一种智能卡。该智能卡包括柔性键盘、超薄柔性电池、红外数据接口、柔性显示器、柔性电路板和CPU内核;其中柔性电路板为智能卡的各部件提供电连接,柔性键盘供用户输入,超薄柔性电池给智能卡供电,红外数据接口用于和外部终端进行红外通信,柔性显示器用于人机交互,CPU内核对智能卡各部件的工作进行控制,智能卡采用塑胶材料封装。本实用新型使得智能卡可实现离线的用户身份认证,从而保障了电子交易的安全性。本实用新型的智能卡产品可供用户方便携带和使用,并可降低产品成本,具有非常广泛的应用前景。

Description

一种可进行红外通信的智能卡
技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能卡。
背景技术
智能卡是一个带有包括微处理器、存储器等微型集成电路芯片的卡片,其中具有标准规格的智能卡,遵循一套标准,比如ISO7810。智能卡标准规定了智能卡的外形、厚度、对外连接触点位置、电信号、协议等。由于智能卡,尤其是尺寸符合ISO7810的智能卡,有卡片的产品外观形式,使得用户的携带性和易用性得到保障,并可降低产品成本。目前世界上银行卡和***正在向芯片卡转换,利用智能卡芯片实现离线的用户身份认证也成为发展的趋势,对此,世界两大***组织Visa和Mastercard都制定了相应的标准:CAP/DPA。
传统的智能卡大多是接触式。在对外进行数据通信时,将智能卡***读写设备中,通过智能卡的IO端口,读写设备对智能卡进行读写。
然而,随着RFID、BlueTooth等技术的不断推广,其使用便捷特性使得非接触式数据交互方法被广泛接受和使用。因此设计一种非接触数据交互方式,对于智能卡领域有非常好的应用前景和必要性。
RFID技术分为被动式和主动式两种。由于采用天线,采用RFID的智能卡内部电路板的尺寸必然显著增大,另外在部件排列方面的复杂性也有所增加。多数被动式RFID芯片也不具备多余I/O与卡片内部的CPU进行数据通信。至于主动式RFID,由于其数据双向通信时需要较高的驱动电流,而智能卡在电源供给方面存在不足,无法确保智能卡的使用寿命满足实际使用的需求。
另外,如BlueTooth等非接触方式在电路规模及电源消耗方面更是超过RFID,因此在尺寸和***电源均有限的智能卡中无法得到应用。
此外,从通信的安全性考虑,RFID等无线电信号较易于被截获,这样对传送机密信息时的数据安全性构成威胁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种新的安全的非接触式智能卡通信方法。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供能够满足尺寸有限和功率消耗低的智能卡及其通信方法。
因此,本实用新型的以上目的通过提供一种采用红外通信方法的智能卡实现。
本实用新型在第一方面提供一种智能卡。该智能卡包括柔性键盘、超薄柔性电池、红外数据接口、柔性显示器、柔性电路板和CPU内核;其中柔性电路板为智能卡的各部件提供电连接,柔性键盘供用户输入,超薄柔性电池给智能卡供电,红外数据接口用于和外部终端进行红外通信,柔性显示器用于人机交互,CPU内核对智能卡各部件的工作进行控制,智能卡采用塑胶材料封装。
本实用新型在第二方面提供一种采用如第一方面之一所述的智能卡进行通信的方法,其中所述方法包括所述智能卡通过红外数据接口和外部终端进行红外通信的步骤。
本实用新型将柔性显示器,柔性电路板,电池及红外芯片高度集成在一个标准ISO7810卡片产品中,使得智能卡可实现离线的用户身份认证,从而保障了电子交易的安全性;并可满足国际标准的要求,同时卡片内嵌柔性有源电子组件,为新的应用提供了开发平台。本实用新型的智能卡产品可供用户方便携带和使用,并可降低产品成本,具有非常广泛的应用前景。本实用新型的智能卡可以实现CAP/DPA标准的功能要求,同时为在传统智能卡上扩展新的应用提供了可能。此外,由于红外传输信号的方向性强,且实际使用时可以通过控制收发功率而控制传输距离,从而使本实用新型的智能卡传输数据的安全性可以得到保障。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本实用新型实施例的智能卡结构示意图。如图所示,智能卡包括电池102,柔性显示器104,CPU内核106,柔性电路板108,柔性键盘110,和红外数据接口112。智能卡的这些部件被封装在塑胶材料之中。在一个例子中,智能卡封装后的尺寸和外形遵循ISO07810。在另一个例子中,智能卡没有配置电IO接口。
电池102负责为整个智能卡***提供工作电源,以使智能卡的各部分正常工作;电池102可以是任意的超薄柔性电池,例如锂电池或镍氢电池。柔性电路板108为智能卡的各个部分之间提供必要的电连接。CPU内核106负责智能卡内部所有资源的控制,同时负责数据算法部分的计算。柔性显示器104是智能卡提供给用户的交互区域,显示相应的计算结果。柔性键盘110是智能卡提供给用户的交互输入区域,供智能卡用户输入数据,在一个例子中,柔性键盘110由多个按键组成。红外数据接口112是接收来自外部红外读写终端(未图示)的数据交互接口,一般来说由红外芯片组构成。
根据本实用新型的智能卡可以采用红外通信的方式,和外部终端进行数据交互。
图2是图1的智能卡的工作原理示意图。如图所示,智能卡包括显示器,红外数据接口,键盘,CPU内核和电池。电池负责为整个智能卡***提供工作电源。键盘是智能卡提供给用户的交互输入区域。显示器是智能卡提供给用户的人机交互输入区域,显示相应的计算结果。红外数据接口是接收来自外部红外读写终端的数据交互接口。CPU内核负责智能卡内部所有资源的控制,同时负责数据算法部分的计算。
读写设备则作为外部终端的读写接口,与红外数据接口之间实现数据通信。
接下来详细介绍根据本实用新型的智能卡红外数据交互过程。
1.1初始状态
在常规状态下为避免外部干扰信号,诸如阳光等干扰信号对智能卡的红外数据接口产生影响,智能卡的红外数据接口处于默认关闭状态。
1.2智能卡红外通信功能开启
可以通过键盘输入特殊的命令字将智能卡的红外数据通信功能开启,但此时红外通信仍需要外部的读写设备发送设定的逻辑开启信号才可以进行正常数据交互。
1.3读写设备启动智能卡红外通信接口
当智能卡的红外数据通信物理通信通道被开启后,读写设备按照设定的通信协议,发送逻辑开启信号至智能卡,智能卡在接收开启信号后,确认开启信号是否正确,判断正确无误后,完成红外数据通信接口的开启。
1.4正常数据读写
当红外数据接口正常开启后,读写设备可以开始正常数据的传输与交互。
1.5智能卡红外通信功能关闭
每次通过红外数据接口完成数据交互后,智能卡会对所有接收的数据进行校验,校验无误后会给读写设备发送反馈信号,读写设备在接收到反馈信号后,确认上次数据发送是否成功,如果发送成功,就会发送一个智能卡红外通信功能关闭命令字至智能卡,从而完成智能卡红外通信功能的关闭。
图3是红外读卡设备终端的截面图。如图所示,红外读写设备的红外读写终端404采用凹槽式设计。当智能卡402贴放在该红外读写终端404的凹槽中时,智能卡402中的红外芯片组406与红外读写终端的红外芯片组408位置靠近。由此,通过红外芯片组406以及红外芯片组408与红外读卡设备外部终端(未图示)例如工作台的电缆410,红外芯片组406与红外读卡设备进行数据通信。与传统的有一定距离的传输方式相比,本实用新型的红外读卡设备和智能卡之间距离很小,因此可以产生好的通信效果,数据传输安全性更强,并且有助于降低功率,从而延长智能卡的电池使用寿命。
本实用新型的智能卡可以用作为身份证、银行卡等。在一个例子中,智能卡用于产生一次性密码(OTP)。在一种情形下,当使用时,用户通过柔性键盘输入个人识别码PIN,CPU根据同步参数(即时间或计数器值)、密钥以及PIN生成当前密码,然后将之显示在柔性显示器上。
本实用新型的智能卡读写终端在与智能卡通信的部分采用平坦式设计,以提高智能卡读写时的便捷程度,以确保在工业化过程中的高效率。在与工作台(PC)通信的部分可以采用通用型USB接口,不需要额外的接口驱动程序,以实现最大程度工作台兼容。
本实用新型所涉及的智能卡,内部带有柔性显示器,在固件设计方面除了可以对显示内容进行灵活的控制,即驱动以外,同时考虑了固件的优化,以在最大程度上降低固件运行对***功耗的影响。
此外,本实用新型所涉及智能卡固件设计方面最重要的部分是红外通信协议的制定,兼顾考虑了通信安全性、通信效率以及通信协议执行对***功耗的影响。
显而易见,在此描述的本实用新型可以有许多变化,这种变化不能认为偏离本实用新型的精神和范围。因此,所有对本领域技术人员显而易见的改变,都包括在本权利要求书的涵盖范围之内。

1.一种智能卡,包括柔性键盘、超薄柔性电池、红外数据接口、柔性显示器、柔性电路板和CPU内核;其中柔性电路板为智能卡的各部件提供电连接,柔性键盘供用户输入,超薄柔性电池给智能卡供电,红外数据接口用于和外部终端进行红外通信,柔性显示器用于人机交互,CPU内核对智能卡各部件的工作进行控制,智能卡采用塑胶材料封装。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能卡,其中所述智能卡遵循ISO7810标准。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能卡,其中所述超薄柔性电池是锂电池。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能卡,其中柔性键盘包括多个按键。
