现在的燃煤取暖炉,是将水作为被加热介质,即把水加到锅炉内,把水加温到一定温度后,用水泵打入***循环,这种方法在运行中容易产生多种问题,如水在循环过程中有死角,管路***维修困难。

一种立式燃煤热风炉,包括炉体内胆和外套,炉体内胆由煤气发生室,燃烧室和燃尽室组成,锅炉炉体为立式,炉体内胆从上至下依次为燃尽室、燃烧室和煤气发生室,三者之间通过隔板隔开,燃烧路径呈S型走向;炉体上部设有烟筒和出风口,下部设有鼓风机进风口,炉体内胆与外套之间形成风道,风道内设有多个散热片,呈螺旋形分布。
所述的煤气发生室设有储煤仓,加煤口设在炉体前部并与储煤仓连通,储煤仓下端设有炉排,炉排下方的炉体上设有清灰口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:无需用水加热,可以随时启炉,随时停炉,热效率高,方便实用。

具体实施方式
一种立式燃煤热风炉,包括炉体内胆14和外套15,炉体内胆14由煤气发生室11,燃烧室4和燃尽室9组成,锅炉炉体为立式,炉体内胆14从上至下依次为燃尽室9、燃烧室4和煤气发生室11,三者之间通过隔板10隔开,燃烧路径呈S型走向;炉体上部设有烟筒8和出风口7,下部设有鼓风机进风口13,炉体内胆14与外套15之间形成风道5,风道5内设有多个散热片6,呈螺旋形分布。
煤气发生室11设有储煤仓2,加煤口3垂直设在炉体前部并与储煤仓2连通,储煤仓2下端设有炉排12,炉排12下方的炉体上设有清灰口1。风首先通过清灰口1进入煤气发生室11,使燃料达到燃烧的目的,燃烧室4内的隔板10将燃烧室4隔开,使燃气路径呈S型走向,充分的利用了烟气,大大提高了燃烧效果,增加了热效率。

1.一种立式燃煤热风炉,包括炉体内胆和外套,炉体内胆由煤气发生室,燃烧室和燃尽室组成,其特征在于,锅炉炉体为立式,炉体内胆从上至下依次为燃尽室、燃烧室和煤气发生室,三者之间通过隔板隔开,燃烧路径呈S型走向;炉体上部设有烟筒和出风口,下部设有鼓风机进风口,炉体内胆与外套之间形成风道,风道内设有多个散热片,呈螺旋形分布。
