本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：可旋转伸缩晾衣架，包括外壳、伸缩杆，其特征在于：外壳顶面是太阳能电池板，外壳内部设置蓄电池、小型电动机，蓄电池与太阳能电池板电连接，小型电动机与蓄电池电连接，小型电动机连接一齿轮，齿轮连接可伸缩的伸缩杆，伸缩杆上设置挂钩。
其有益效果是，利用太阳能供电，节省能源，且可调整伸缩杆的长度，可节省空间。

此晾衣杆由太阳能供电，可节省资源。太阳能可以储存在蓄电池内，晚上蓄电池可以启动电动机，电动机带动齿轮，齿轮带动伸缩杆转动，伸缩杆可以伸缩，节省空间。
